the only thing missing was a full breakfast. for $100 dollars a day I expect more than cereal, milk, juice, coffee and toast. Where were the waffles, meat of some kind, eggs and grits. the staff was awesome, rooms clean and roomy, great location and very professional and tactful (very nice) just need food

The clerk was so personable. He came out from the desk and introduced himself when we arrived. He also took the luggage cart to the rear door. Did not like the air conditioner blowing directly on the bed. The hotel was sparkling clean and very nicely decorated.We liked the sitting area in the room. The colors were classy. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The Jackson Hyatt is a beautiful new facility. The rooms and common areas are comfortabable, clean and well-maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, near shopping and restaurants. My only complaint was the server was down for my entire stay and the wifi did not work. I had planned to work in my room; that was major inconvenience for me.

I could not sleep late and still expect my room to be cleaned. Nice people and nice hotel. I would expect that a 3 star hotel should be able to clean my room while I am out. I had to ask to have the room cleaned on the second night I was there. With a little child with us, this is a problem.

Excellent location, clean rooms, great looking hotel. Breakfast ended at 9:30 am, felt that was kinda early. New hotel.Excellent location.Rooms look just like pictures on internet! Friendly staff.Quiet area.Awesome shower with huge spray head.Fabulous bed.Just an all around wonderful hotel.Will definitely return.

Very nice room, immaculate grounds and interior. This hotel is close to a very nice outdoor shopping mall as well as near good restaurants. It was quiet in my room (in other words, you do not hear the noise of the interstate etc.)

Everything. I have stayed now in two Hyatt hotels, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff is the best I have encountered, and rooms are very spacious and the hotel itself is very inviting.

The hotel is well lit considering all the construction going on around it. The shower walls and glass partition contained finger prints an indication that the walls and particition had not been wiped. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and well lit. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining. The room layout is very romantic yet convenient if you have children.

It was new and quite clean. Because it was new, the TV programming was not yet installed and the staff was still trying to get up to speed on the workings of the hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was well appointed and arranged in a unique and helpful manner. It was a bit difficult to find, but once located, it was a good choice.
