Brandon, from guest services, went above and beyond the call of duty. Got us a great room, with a spectacular view of the fireworks. Was very helpful during our check-in. Couldn't ask for more. Will definately come back!

Everything. Consistently clean premises, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff - and the pool and fitness room always are in working condition!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room was wonderful, the hotel staff where very helpful and friendly. They had a very nice continental breakfast, lots of healthy choices. The location was good, close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

We stayed there for 2 nights for our anniversary and we loved the hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us figure out where we needed to go to get downtown. Shuttle drivers were nice and the staff made us feel at home. Great food, awesome rooms and beds. The rooms were nicer than we had imagined. We will definitely stay here again!

I was surprised by the overall size of the room...it was suite-style with a living area...good internet hook up etc.

Clean, convenient, and consistent quality. Driveway is a bit difficult to find.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This was one of the least expensive hotels, but it looked great. The employees were happy to see us and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very nice (small bathroom, but everything worked) and it was very pleasant to sit on the couch, eat, and watch a bit of tv. Our king size bed was just right. I have paid twice as much for hotels that were not even close to being half this nice.

We took our children for a overnite stay to go swimming for spring break. When I researched this hotel, it seemed like the perfect place. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice, spacious and clean. The only problem was the pool. It was extremely cold. My children could not even swim in it, because it was so uncomfortable. I did go to the front desk to ask if they could raise the tempeture in the pool, and was told it was a health code for them to keep it so low. Had we known about this we would of gone to another hotel, this was are only reason to stay, my family wanted to swim. All in all it was a very nice hotel, worth the money.

excellent value for the money, overly abundant luxury in the room.

Everything a person could want in a tastefully decorated suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was gleaming clean. This hotel delivered much more than was expected. I was expecting a nice room but got a luxurious suite with granite counters. The wet bar and mini frig were very nice amenities for extended stays. Unfortunately I was only there for one night. The desk staff was courteous and very friendly. Also the breakfast wait staff was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am very picky when it comes to where I will stay and won't. This hotel was top notch. You could tell the Staff was well trained and eagar to make things perfect for our stay. Greeted us as we entered the hotel, called to verify everything was ok when I made it to the room. The rooms were very clean and like new. Bed were down filled and very comfortable. Not sure what the star rating for this hotel was but would give it a full 5 STAR rating. Bravo - Thank you

This hotel was very well organized. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They greeted us as we came into the door. The staff was also very knowledgeable to the sights and activities iin Chicago. They offered help getting tickets to events and restaurant reservations. The shuttle service was fabulous. They picked up and dropped off at the airport but also took us to restaurants, shopping, train station & anywhere else we wanted to go with in a 5 mile radius. All the staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely like their work environment and cared about the people they were in contact with. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. No complaints at all. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean. Well-arranged. All amenities were functional. Allowed pool towel supply to be depleted. But refilled before we left. I have always liked staying here. There has never been an unpleasant surprise.

We stayed for 3 days over Christmas, and were extremely pleased. The rooms are fantastic, the place is clean and quiet (with the exception of an occasional airplane), and the pool and exercise areas are very good. The included breakfast was average. The area was very clean and always restocked, but you might have a little trouble finding a place to eat if the hotel is busy and if there are lots of kids around. GREAT hotel, great deal. Highly recommended.

I am very picky about hotels and usually never stay in one that is not at least a 4 star, but this was a great value and it was just for one night, so I figured I'd give them a try. The room was really nice, and I liked the way the sleeping area was seperated with a partition from the living area. My one and ONLY complaint is that the flat screen tv, which is b/t both areas, was hard to see from either area. The staff was AMAZING, and I have very high standards. They went so far above my expectations that I decided to leave a comment card. I would definitetly stay here again. It is a good value for the money and you can't get any better customer service. The breakfast is also very good.

It had an overall modern look to it which made it attractive and different from other hotels. I really would have liked either a hot tub or nicer bath tub in the room.

The room was large and perfect for a family in need of three full sized beds. The 42 inch plasma TV was a great touch and continental breakfast nicely done. It's a considerable distance from downtown Chicago but weekend travel into the city was easy on the nearby freeway. Staff members were very courteous and although there was no regular restaurant in the hotel meals could be made to order 24 hours. Exceptional value for our group of four.

Friendly staff, amazing looking rooms, very modern feel. No hot tub. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay. My boyfriend & I celebrated our 5 years at the Hyatt Place. The staff was very friendly. While checking in, the two staff members, Dallas & Marvin, who were working were very nice and interested in why we were staying with them. We told them that it was our 5 year anniversary and Marvin came out with a bottle of champaign and two wine glasses, totally complimentary. The hotel was amazing! I would totally recommend it and I would stay again for sure!

The staff is top notch. Nothing. If you are looking to go shopping at Woodfield, this hotel is only a few minutes away. It is quiet andif you have to go through the hotel. This is the only place I will stay in that area.
