I was so pleasantly surprised. We loved the room and would have loved to bring the bed and pillows home with us,I slept so well, I still tease my husband and tell him I miss my bed. I am definitely a satisfied customer of the Hyatt Place. Great location too!

I completely agree with the previous comments. The hotel was fantastic. Rooms were very spacious. Panel in wall allows for quick hookup of DVD player or game console. We will be staying here again next time in Greensboro.

Recently I stayed at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Greensboro, NC. The Hotel was clean, quiet and very accomodating. The room was fantastic and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone in the future and will stay here again .

The room was very nice. The staff was not there when we arrived after informing us that they are a 24hour facility. The staff was very rude. The staff kept lying.

You can not find a better hotel at this price. I have stayed places costing twice as much that were not as nice as this. Our check in was no kidding 90 seconds long. The pool was a little small but heated and clean with towels waiting for you. The rooms are just like the pictures neat, clean, newly furnished with lots of space. I liked the 47 inch HDTV with lots of HD programing. my wife liked the pillow top mattres on the king size bed. the couch with ottoman was clean and comfortable. they even give you a throw for lounging on the couch. I will be checking for a Hyatt place in every city I go to from now on.

Very spacious rooms. Very small closet for 2 people staying for 3 nights. A well maintained hotel with helpful staff always available.

The beds were very comfy. Didn't get maid service on Saturday. Nice hotel. Definitely geared to the 2 to 3 night business traveler, but it work great for a vacation traveler as well.

Layout of the room, and big flat-panel TV. This was a nice hotel and a good value. We would stay here again with our kids, there is space for our two little ones. The beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine but other hotels nearby offer a free hot breakfast.

Very close to coliseum. Had a beautiful TV in room. Hotel was booked. We were put in a handicapped suite. While the hotel staff was very nice, the accommodations were not what I was expecting. I recently stayed at a 3 star in San Antonio and it was much nicer than this hotel. The pool was not open, even though temps were in the 80's and it was the 2nd day of May.

The room was beautiful. The TV was a huge flat screen, I hated to leave. There is nothing that I did not like. This hotel is WONDERFUL! Huge room, huge flat screen TV and a comfortable bed. I really hated to leave. My fist stay at a Hyatt but it will not be my last. Highly recommended!
