Date of Stay: July, 2009

Great location for the Addison area - you can walk to the Galleria or easily get on 635 and 75 for access to other areas of Dallas. The room was unique, modern and clean. However, avoid the second floor if you don't want to hear the air conditioners on the roof of the 1st floor. The complimentary breakfast is quite nice, however, the serving set-up is inefficient so there is a logjam and getting your food takes some patience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing maps to locations we wished to visit.

My friend and I had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Good Location for the Galleria. A few negative things were the coffee pot is one of those put the cup underneath types, the sofa material was a bit rough, closet was small, and the maids didn't understand English. Good thing my friend new a bit of Spanish. We missed the first day of the free breakfast, but made the second day. Not much variety, and the fruit I tried didn't taste right. The bed was AMAZING. The softest pillows I have ever laid my head on, and the bed was soooo comfortable. Overall it was a gorgeous room. The television was incredible. The hotel WIFi was decent as well. The staff at the counter was very accommodating. My flight was early in the AM and they tried their best to get us into our room asap.

Hotel is in a nice location,however, it is under construction. I think they are renovating. However, we did not have access to the new areas. Our room was dingy. The wall paper was pealing, the bath tub did not drain, the air conditioner was loud. The beds were hard as a rock. The staff was nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. When the renovating is over this will probably be a great place. I think customers should be informed when a hotel is doing renovations before booking.

The room were spacious and quiet. Quality sound proofing. I needed this because I work night shifts. I stayed for 3 weeks. It did not have a quest laundry room. The staff was so professional at all times. They never bothered me if I asked them not to. When I called the desk, they always addressed me by my name before I spoke. Truly quality. The pool nestled among the mirrored buildings was a very quiet, romantic and clean oasis to rest, read, and play.

My stay at the Hyatt Place was a very relaxing,enjoyable time!!!I loved the room! It was a very nice setup. The beds were great and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. I am planning on going again before Christmas!!!

Everything was modern chicI felt like a celebrity as soon asI walked through the doors! Everyday the staff greeted me by name and helped with bags. No laundry facility. Loved everything about it,I have to stay at hotels at least four days of the week and this was the best that I've found in an awfully long time.I really felt as ifI was at home, they even helped me to my with bags from shopping.

The Hotels Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Everything from the service, to the rooms, to the pools were wonderful. I love the 42 inch tv, and so did my husband. The only problem we had was the ac kept freezing up and the room was hot from time to time. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The room setup and amenities were exceptional. The Hyatt Place Dallas North is the perfect place for a leisure traveler looking to rest, relax, and enjoy the city of Dallas. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers and easy access to interstates/roadways leading to the downtown area.

The price was very reasonable for the niceness of the hotel. The rooms were very up-to-date, nice TV, nice furniture, spacious, pull-out sofa, etc. Check-in was as simple as anyone could make it. I really liked that. The food from the pick-up service was o.k. It was nice to have a food option late at night, though.

I loved that the staff of hotel had no problem in letting us choose the top floor of desire and were not at all hesitant in any way what so ever. I did not like that they have no complimentry breakfast bar it makes it so so much better when you dont have to pay $20.00 for one person a meal. I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt for it was a wonderful stay they are friendly provide the best of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel in side and out the pool is small but cute and tidy heated also very nice and neat i would love to reccomend to all my family and colleges to stay here in the near future!

Great room design with divider between living area and bedroom but with largeTV that adjusted for viewing from either side. Also very quiet. Abit hard to find, but the location was quieter than a hotel on the busy highway.

The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. There wasn't a ton of options for the breakfast, but it was still just fine. I really enjoyed this place, everything about it was nice.
