Hyatt Place was definetly different than I expected. When walking in I expected a plain old business hotel. Not a whole lot going on just check in and check out. However when I got there it was nice to see the lobby had plenty of seating and ever a TV to watch. Also, there was a cofee bar in case I didn't feel like running out. Then when I got to the room it was very clean and modern. It even had a 42 flat screen TV with HD channels. Since I do not even have this at home I found this comforting to use this for the time of my visit. Also, the room was very clean and had a lot of space.

It exceeded my expectations. The room was very current.

This is a gorgeous, modern style hotel. Very clean, super-friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. The indoor pool isn't heated so it's a bit chilly, but it's clean and a decent size. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated and our maid was thorough. We had a large living room with a huge sectional couch that made an excellent climbing and lounging structure for our son. They didn't remodel the bathrooms, so they're dated and crammed in, but they wisely put the sink/vanity/mirror outside the bathroom so you have plenty of vanity space and room to move around. They put a flat screen tv on the wall between the sleeping area and the lounging area. Nice in theory, but annoying in practice. The partial wall (it sticks out about two feet from the wall between the beds and the couch) made it very difficult to stay up and watch tv or enjoy hanging out with friends and family after our 9 month old son went to bed. I really wish they had made the wall a little bigger or even put a door there and left the tv in the lounge area. I felt I couldn't really see the tv that well in the lounge or bed areas (even with it turned the small amount it could move). And of course, this means that the light and sound from the tv on the wall between the rooms bothers the person (our 9 mo old son) trying to sleep while we stayed up. That being said we will be staying at this hotel when we go visit family again this fall. This is definitely the best option we have found so far.

Staff was very helpful, very clean and spacious rooms. Best value in area for the money.

Price of room; breakfast; general cleanliness. TV sets in lobby did not have sound. It is OK. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast could be a little better - serve bacon and eggs. TV sets in lobby didn't have sound. This is just stupid. I don't know why management decided to cut the sound out; it makes no sense.

Our family traveled to the Cincinnati area in mid-December. The weather was forecast for cold, but we found out snowstorms were coming. A helpful staff member at Enterprise suggested a larger vehicle with 4-wheel drive to ensure we could get around in the snow. The extra 10 a day was well worth it in comfort and feeling of safety. We chose to stay at the Hyatt Place in Florence, KY because of the amenities and its proximity to the airport and places we needed to travel to. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. We used the Guest Kitchen for one evening meal and while the food was good we had to wait more than the "few minutes" they advertised. The room was comfortable sizewise for our group of three. It was drafty and a bit cold near the outside wall since the temperature was in the 20's. All in all the hotel stay and car rental experience was good.

Space of room was excellent. Breakfast provided was very good. Breakfast seating somewhat limited. This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place. I am schedule to stay again, through Priceline, and will make this chain a future consideration. Good experience.

We stayed at the hyatt place while visiting family for Thanksgiving get together. It was a very good value. The room was clean and roomy for us ( 2 people) It may be a little tight for more. I used the fitness facility every morning and it had good quality tredmills, no weight training equipment. The location was convenient for our needs. I will stay there again.

TVs in lobby did not have audio. Everything is OK except that, this time, the two TVs in the lobby did not have audio.

The staff was friendly and courteous upon check-in. The room more than met my standards, and was very spacious and clean. While obviously geared for the business traveler, the accomodations are exceptionally nice for a family as well, with separate areas for sleeping and reading, tv watching, etc. A desk for working/writing and a wet bar complete the well-decorated room. I'll stay here again on my next visit to the area.

The staff was so helpful and gorgeous accommodations! We liked everything! It was much better then we expected even for a 3 star motel! They gave us a handicapped equipped room which was wonderful for my husband who has Parkinson's. We felt so grateful for such a wonderful room.

The room wasn't as good as expected-carpet stained, carpet border along bottom of walls was coming off, bathroom door didn't quite latch all the way. The biggest concern, though, was the a/c couldn't keep the room cool. We had 2 double beds and one is within 3-4 inches of the a/c unit, which wouldn't allow it to receive hot air to kick it on and wouldn't allow cold air out into the room; it hit the bed instead. Managment did take off our bill for this. The bill wasn't correct but that was easily corrected. The employees are very nice, and the hotel is pretty. It could have been so much better. The pool was nice after being out in 90+ degree temps. all day. For the money, we expected a little better room, but it wasn't terrible. I will try another hotel next time.

Super modern, tastefully decorated, the rooms are like a suite, large pool, excellent continental breakfast! There is not a thing to complain about. This Hotel is better than any other in it's class. Everyone was very friendly. Large rooms. The only reason that they aren't categorized as a suite must be that they don't have a microwave. The decor is ultra modern but yet very tastefully decorated in warm colors. We highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded our expectations in every way!

The staff was extremely courteous. My wife, me and three other couples stayed here during a recent reunion with some college buddies. We went to a Cincinnati Reds game. Downtown Cincinnati is very close to the hotel (maybe 10 minutes). The hotel staff was extremely courteous and was willing to do whatever to ensure that our stay was pleasant. For example, my wife needed a glass of orange juice to take some medicine. Although the kitchen was closed during the evening, they quickly came back with a glass of fresh juice for her. The lobby was great for visiting with our friends. There were several locations that were sectored off for people to sit and talk. The rooms were clean and very kept. The furnishings seemed very new, the room was very inviting and lit well. There was an indoor pool which seemed to be nice and private. However, we were there only overnight. Thus, we did not get to use the facilities. The free parking and free wireless Internet are an additional bonus. If we had stayed in downtown Cincinnati, we would have paid around $10 to park each night. This hotel is definitely upscale plus. I would recommend this for the business traveler, those traveling with a family, romantic weekends, or people traveling like us in groups. You will not regret booking this hotel based on our experience.

"The room was great, not often do you get a 42"" flat screen in your room. Also I usually have to order more pillows and my king size bed came with six. Only thing is to watch your bill, they overcharge $10.00 in case you use the phone or watch a movie. it drops if you don't. "

The layout of the room was great! The bathroom needed repairs. The room was spacious and had a clever layout that enabled more separation between the sleeping and sitting areas. The room included a refrigerator. The TV was gigantic! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area dining and attractions.

The room was fantastic. The pool was dirty and there were no clean towels. However it was the memorial day weekend and they may have had more work than usual. The room was beautiful and had 2 bed and a sofa bed a large screen television. There was also a divider between sofa and beds which made it seem like a small suite.

The room was incredible, beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. Could not call the desk from our phone, we told the desk our phone didn't work but nothing was done. Very quiet, very clean, very beautifully decorated, we were extremely pleased.

Friendly staff, clean, new. One of the nicest for the price. Plenty of room to relax in each room. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable, the rooms were exceptionally well-lit, and the cleanliness was apparent! There seemed to be excessive chlorine in the pool; perhaps rock salt might be a good alternative cleaning source. A jacuzzi would have been nice. I would plan to stay here again should I visit the area in the future and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.
