Hyatt Place is an exciting and innovative new select service hotel offering more of what is important to todays travelers. Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome.

Walked in to a very nice lobby with self check in. Staff took care of me right away. Everyone was very friendly and super knowledgable about the area. Every question I asked was answered. The room was huge. It had a king sized bed a 42" tv a large couch, a desk a mini kitchen and a little changing/bathroom area. I would stay there if I had anything to do in that area again.

Great hotel, very new and nifty, they originally put me in a room with a vacuum cleaner and I called and they were very apologetic and quick to put me into another room. Quiet, clean, I felt completely safe, love the TV, good location with several restaurants very close. Good breakfast, too. Staff occasionally seemed to have problems understanding me but we got it figured out. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and well kept up. The rooms were very fancy, but not very warming. There was no where to get a soda unless you went down to the lobby and tracked down the front desk person to sell you the item. The only major problem I had with this hotel was the lack of any vending machines. I At 3 am I needed a soda to drink, but had to go all the way down to the front desk and then look all around for someone so that I could buy a soda. It took me almost 45 minutes to do something that should have only taken 5.

I loved staying here! The staff was so helpful, whether it was Starbucks in the morning, keeping the noise level down from the kids on the school trip, or driving me to a nearby conference center so I didn't have to catch a cab. The overall feel of this place was so comfortable, and the rooms were so spacious that I relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. Five nice restaurants in different price ranges are in the shopping center right next to the hotel so finding a great dinner was no problem. I love the concept of Hyatt Place and would definitely stay at another one. Kudos to their Dulles South staff!

We were having a great stay until the last day when they did not clean our room on the last night. This put a damper on the whole stay.

The Hyatt Place was fantastic. There was ample living space, work space, and bedroom space. The wide screen TV was great, and there are built-in jacks in the wall for easily connecting all your portable devices like MP3, etc. The breakfast buffet had ample choices, and Startbucks is served! Who could ask for more?

Very nice layout of room,I enjoyed it! Not a lot of eating places close by for very late arrivals (after 11pm). I would highly recommend this for anyone who would like a comfortable night at a decent hotel.

Just down the highway from the Udvar-Hazy museum. Typical new format hotel, freshly remodeled, room set up very comfortable. The price was right. This property is very nice in a simple not trying too hard way. Dining choices a very short walk across the parking lot. Safeway center across the street was a easy walk too. Breakfast on the property very reasonable $6.50 for cooked to order scrambled eggs, bacon and lots of self serve starches.

Quality of the room. The TV was terrible. The hotel was fine,but the TV was a digital 42 inch and we were watching the Carolina could not continue watching it, spoke with manager and he said right now he could not doing anything for us. We complained to no avail.

The bathroom fixtures were nice. Noisy, TV was broken. I will not stay at this hotel again! All night there was an gurgling & splashing sound apparently coming from a utility room. The 46" flat screen TV was broken.

Very good location with plenty of eateries within walking distance Had Ice storm and the ice removal and snow removal was quite loud. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to get to and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Very new and clean hotel.

Room wasvery efficiently used space. Surly manager. Internet -- fast and free. Food availability and quality. Coffee available free only during limited breakfast hours. Charge after that. Room was brown and gold, very crisp and sterile. Looked like a man's room - efficiently utilitarian. I was there four nights and would have appreciated some warmth refrigerator did not work.
