Daniel was amazing and also megan they truly made the difference. This hotel will do great with these two leading it, i will strongly recommend hyatt place coconut point to everyone i know.

Compared to a similar class Marriott Courtyard service is way superior, people are very friendly, breakfast is convenient, it has everything anyone could ask for for the rate we paid. It is also excellently located!

Great staff, and every detail of this new hotel was super well thought out. The location is in the middle of a mall parking lot; not much green space. Then again, the mall is at your disposal! This is a new hotel, and everything was perfect. Everything was really well thought out to make travel easy. The breakfast room had different areas depending on how you like to eat: some seats were at tables, others were at more like a breakfast bar like you'd have in your kitchen. There was a computer and printer in the lobby. The lobby was very inviting. The staff was really awesome. And the rooms were huge and really comfy. I was working and I left my husband at the hotel all day; we both felt really comfortable and at home during our stay.

Room was awesome. Pool had these little bugs in the corners, I think they were called algae eaters. Everything was wonderful, had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool had these little bugs because it is an outside pool, but they didn't bother you at all.

Absolutely gorgeous and well designed - brand new. Dramatically exceeded my expectations, what a wonderful, comfortable well designed experience. Even the feel of the lobby, and the layout of the rooms only served to enhance the experience. The living room/bedroom layout was magnificent and the overall experience totally rocked!

Location! Close to top beaches and mayor roadways. Right in the middle of possibly the Best Mall Shopping Centers in the region. Cozy, spacious rooms, great location and very affordable.

Hotel was new. Hotel was in parking lot of mall. Pool was not private, cars passed entering mall seeing bathers. Hotel was modern, room design was not the usual. Bathroom was stylish but tiny.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Not thrilled with the restaurant operation at Hyatt Place in general. Convenient, safe and clean. Limited menu and bar, but friendly helpful staff. Room was just fine.

I liked that there was always food & coffee available. The pool water was a little too warm. We were traveling with our granddaughter who is 12 and they were very friendly and helpful to her. The staff were always there to help us with directions, etc. We loved the room but wish that it had a microwave. Great big screen TV and very comfortable bed.

Comfortable beds and a pullout queen sofa bed. The Hyatt Place was a stylish with many upscale amenities. The rooms were spacious with nice showers and a wonderful large screen TV. The internet always worked. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly.
