I loved my stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte City Park. The staff was extremely friendly and great. The rooms were awesome. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was only at the Hyatt for on enight, but the employees made sure I had everything I needed. The room was large, peaceful, and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Very little offered for continental breakfast. Food at hotel extremely overpriced. $8 for turkey sand. & chips!

Where do I begin? When we walked in the room we were immediately greeted by a musty odor. The room was also very stuffy. The small window units did not adequately cool the room. Also the window unit was very loud and we had to turn it down to hear the tv and each other. However, when we turned it off the room became stifling. The worst part of the stay was that the room was not cleaned adequately. I checked in on a Thursday evening. Friday my family and I were out all day and expected to come back to a clean room. No such luck! The sink still had toothpaste in it. The shower and toilet had definitely not been cleaned. I left the card on the bed to have my linens changed, but they were not. I called the front desk to complain and had to wait an hour for someone to come and change the sheets, but I needed to put my 3 month old down for a nap. Same thing happened on Saturday. The room was not cleaned and the towels that we used were not replaced. We had to call down for some. Last but certainly not least, we ordered food from the hotel one night. They charged us astronomical prices for food that was basically microwaved. It was the most horrible hotel stay I have ever experienced. I was expecting a lot more since I enjoyed my stay at a Hyatt Place in Dallas. This one did not compare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay at the nearest motel instead!!!

Was in town for busines, It sounds like the hotel is in the burbs but it is 5 minutes from a nice shopping area with boutique stores and PF Changs. It is about 15 minutes from Downtown. Hotel was new, clean and spacious. Most decent hotels make you pay extra for what I got as basics. The room was spacious with a seperate living room area, 42 inch flat screen that swiveled from the bedroom side to the living room side. The mini kitchen came in handy and I liked having a desk area for my work. It was like a little condo. The breakfast is definetly continental only but it was enough to get the day going.... No complaints for the money, would definetly stay again alone or with my kids, they would have enjoed it as well.... Most hotels that ate labeled airport are old and cheezie, you can not hear or see plains due to the lush area, you are sourrounded by park facilities and a golf course.

The couch area. The room smelled slightly musty. The hotel was relatively easy to get to from I-77 - about a 5 mile drive. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was very nice. The bed was right up against one wall, so it was hard to get to the AC unit under the window. The bathroom was a little small, but there was ample living area to compensate. I think I'd stay here again if needed; we were passing through on our way home from Disney.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves stay at ACC. We celebrated 8 years of been together. We felt like that we were the only ones on the floor. The walls did not penetrate sound at all. No bad smells in rooms or in the hallways. The new designs in the room was a main attracts for us. We will be looking for your name when we go on vacation. Step.

Our family needed a place to crash on a long road trip coming home from Connecticut to Alabama. The Hyatt Place was ideal as it was 6 hours away on our final leg of the trip. I booked the room via Orbitz at an amazingly low rate compared to the ones we stayed in Washington DC and Manhattan. Ironically, the room was the most spacious of the rooms we stayed in. There were 2 double beds and even a sleeper sofa, 2 useable sinks, a small fridge and a large TV. The selection of movies was excellent, with HD movies at that. We didn't get to try the pool or other amenities but the room was certainly worth it. Our only complaint was the AC didn't seem to cool down the room enough. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about but what can you expect for free food. Next time we're in Charlotte we know where to stay.

I was trying to find a hotel that was around $70, but I was afraid of what I would get! I read the reviews for Hyatt Place Charlotte Hotel and thought I would try it out since it sounded like a great hotel for the price. After my stay, I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely stay there again! The rooms look like they would cost around $100 compared to some of the hotels I have stayed in.

The Hyatt Charlotte/Park was a wonderful get away from home. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the elevators are a little slow and I wish that there was room service. The location was wonderful. I'm planning on staying there when ever I visit Charlotte.

Liked the room and the break between the sitting area and bed. The bathroom was a little too small. Continental breakfast not the greatest. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice moderate touch. Nice size trash cans.
