Great hotel quality, would definitely stay again.

Room was nice, however when people close the door next to you it shakes the wall and is very load. THe A/C unit is next to the bed you that is noisy also. A little hard to sleep. Close to Woodfield Mall.

The staff was friendly. However, this hotel was overpriced for the lack of quality. The room smelled like mold. It looked like something awful from the 1970's. Needs updating drasticly. I thought that I had read that it was recently updated..cannot imagine that to be accurate. Would have rather stayed at a Marriott property, was quite disappointed with this one. Horrible layout in the rooms....nice 42 inch TV, however, it was located in the center of a dividing wall? Could not figure out what that was all about. Room not inviting or comfortable. Would not stay here again...

The staff was very friendly & helpful, even printed off train schedules for downtown for us. The only downside was our room was next to the elevator and every time it dinged we could hear it. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of fruit etc. Great location for shopping at Ikea, and close to the mall as well. The tv was huge!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The small refrigerator in the room is great. This is the third time my friends and I have stayed there and it has been super every time. The indoor pool seems a little crude but we went for the shopping at Ikea and Woodfield Mall anyway so the pool wasn't an issue. Great beer pub within walking distance(right out the back) and Ikea's parking lot is just across the street.

The place was a dream to stay at. The room was extremely clean and the bed was nice and firm. First hotel I been at with a comfortable bed since I have back problems. The design was modern and everything was up to date and luxurious in the room. The staff was kind and always their when we needed assistance with anything. Great price for the area and alot to do. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
