Fresh new decor and nice linens. Typical room a/c rather loud and musty, but not terrible. Very nice, convenient parking, in a shopping rich area of Atlanta.

We had a beautiful room that was very quite.. The hotel was hard to find with all the construction on the street. We had to park in a parking garage next to the hotel, that was a small inconveince.. The breakfast that they offered was wonderful . Overall I would stay again at this hotel. Even though the pool was heated it was not located or ina very accessable place.

I was a bit taken aback by the self-check-in kiosk. However, It was convenient and fast. There was no assistance with luggage ( some may see that as a plus or not). It was fine with me seeing as though I traveled pretty lightly. The room assignment was on the first floor near the pool - I changed it immediately - as I did not want to be in a "high-tracffic" area. The staff was very accommodating and promptly and professionally handled the issue. However, I was then placed in a room that was near the ice machine room. So there was some noise at times from the ice machine and some of the folks getting ice. But it wasn't too bad. If you can avoid a room on any of the three floors that have ice machines - do so. There are three of them - one of them is the seventh floor:o). There is a nice little restaurant/pub/bar just adjacent to the hotel. The food was SURPRISINGLY fresh and tasty. If you plan on staying for more than two days - I would suggest a run to a supermarket to stock your room's fridge with items you don't want to pay double for in the hotel lobby (i.e. water, diet coke, etc.) it's much cheaper than purchasing from the hotel. There is no supermarket within walking distance unless you're a serious distance walker - the one that is near the hotel - "Kroger's" is closed for remodeling. So be prepared to drive, take a cab, or the hotel's courtesy van. I havent experienced the van so I can't comment. But from what I ascertained during my stay - there is a schedule for the vans/shuttles. Overall, nice atmospere for the price. I'd return for additional stays. :o)

so a 20 story building is being built 10 feet from the front awning and right across from my room window.......it was just like the commercial on TV blasting noise at 6:00 a.m. what a joke I liked the staff and the hotel, but until that new building is done I will NOT stay there again!

Friendly staff, nice room and later check-out time. We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms are very nice, with the double rooms having two beds and a sleeper sofa, and a nice flat panel tv. only downside was that there was a maid's dirty rag left in the shower. But other than that, the room stayed very clean. I would have expected the hotel to cost double what it did.

This hotel was a great little hotel. It has recently been remodeled and looks very good. My family was impressed with the room. Large size, good beds, big t.v. and modern decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a crowd at breakfast but the staff kept their cool and treated everyone with true customer service. There are plenty of choices to eat dinner within walikng distance and the neighborhood is safe. Good area of Atlanta. This was a stopping point on our way to our vacation destination. It was a great choice and I looked like a hero to my family for picking the property. We will go back on our next trip!

The Hyatt Place in Buckehead offered a very nice room for the price. I liked the layout of the room. One of the best ammenities was the sofa and flat screen t.v. I was not that impressed with the breakfast. The staff seemed nice, however when I requested extra towels on two occassions, I was told they would be right up but never recieved them. I later read a flyer in the room that stated that in an effort to conserve water they were asking guests to use re-use the same towels. At any hotel rate that is unsanitary. I also did not like the parking arrangements. Based on the room ammenities and location, I would still recomend this hotel to someone else.

Lobby was nice, but small. The staffwas great and friendly. The pool was the smallest I have ever seen. The place was overall great and the staff was friendly and polite. The pool was horrible simply because of the size.

This hotel is in Buckhead but it is nestled between a furniture store and an up and coming apartment complex. There is noise from construction but if you ask the front desk to give you a room on the opposite side of the construction, they will comply. There is still a little noise, but it is tolerable. The rooms are comfortable with huge flat screen, HD televisions. The beds are nice. There is a wet bar and refrig in the rooms but one does miss that there are no microwaves. The biggest drawback with the rooms are the very tiny bathrooms with loud, loud exhaust fans that can't be turned off. Parking is free in an adjacent lot and a complementary breakfast is served daily. A modest room service is available 24 hours. The hotel is small and intimate and the staff is very accommodating, greeting you as you enter or leave the hotel.

This hotel knows that its function is to be a moderately priced alternative to the palatial digs further up Peachtree. That said, it does a pretty good job. Room comfort and layout were very good. Internal hallways were very quiet, but expect some noise from construction in the area. Free parking in garage was convenient, but be aware that you can only enter from Peachtree Rd. southbound (if you stay awhile you'll find some shortcuts through adjacent parking lots). Overall very convenient location with lots of good stuff within walking distance, and felt reasonably safe out at night in the neighborhood. I was unimpressed with the free breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly, but I had a problem with billing on checkout which eventually required several days, phone calls and faxes to resolve.

We felt the hotel was very nice - staff was very pleasant and room was very clean. Centrally located for attractions we were there to see, i.e., aquarium, zoo, etc. Would most definitely stay here again.

Hotel was excellent. Close to MARTA access, centrally located, nice rooms, 42" televisions, just all around enjoyable stay.

Everything about this property was superb; the front desk staff were friendly and eager to help, even offering transportation to and from restaurants (which were plentiful in Buckhead). The room was clean, large and quiet, with a separate sitting/TV area, and the decoration was tastefully done and modern. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent; not the usual stale donuts and coffee with powdered cream a lot of properties call continental breakfast. The coffee was Starbucks, there was fresh fruit, cereals, an assortment of items to toast and plentiful juices. Hyatt Place is just a few blocks from MARTA, making it convenient for transportation to downtown, local attractions and the airport. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you; I had a better room and service there than my colleague did who stayed at the Hilton downtown.

This hotel is currently being renovated from an AmeriSuites, and the entire area surrounding the hotel is undergoing a massive amount of construction. Amenities at the hotel were spare, and the breakfast was laughable. The room itself was fine, but housekeeping left very few towels and only one wash cloth every day (in a room with two double beds and a fold out couch). The staff was friendly and helpful, if not exactly competent.

I can't think of anything I liked about it. I was put in a room that was not cleaned and had to be moved 3 times. I did not enjoy this hotel experience. The parking was overpriced and I had to be moved 3 times before I got a cleaned room.

I was only going to stay one night but instead I stayed longer Because the quality of the room was absolutely great They had biggest LCD screen TV that I've seen around in hotels as well as great furnitures, sofa, and etc. It was a holloween day so it kinda got loud time to time but it wasn't too bad I would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime just because of the room quality
