I got charged for an extra night that I did not use, very upset. Hotel would not change and Orbitz would not assist.

The additional sleeping area provided by pull out sofa. The hotel was fantastic for the price we paid but most inconvenient to travel to off site hotel to go to their pool. I have four children and that is really the only amenity we care about. Other than that our stay was very nice and the size of the rooms were great for our family.

The staff was so sweet and friendly! The hotel itself was cute and personal, and the room was very unique. From the touch-screen room service and 42' flat screen TV's to the comfy, large couches and equally luxurious beds in each room, we loved every detail and will definitely be back!

The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was ok. Not as nice as we would have liked. Not enough staff to help out with the breakfast items. Coffee was WAY too strong and we like strong coffee. The pool was closed. I wish they would have let us know up front so we could have stayed at a different hotel since their was nothing to entertain children. The staff were very pleasant and helpful though.

The hotel was nice, clean and we had no problems until checkout. We had a bill under our door and when I looked at it I realized we were charged more than we paid on the Travel agency web site. I went to the front desk and initially was told that it was a tax and that I just had to pay. The lady was on the rude side and finally I asked to speak to a manager. He laid blame on Travel agency but finally did adjust my bill. I have never had this happen before. That's why I use Travel agency so I know what I am paying before I get there. It all worked out in the end but just be careful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room clean; felt hotel was very nice for the money. We were disappointed that the pool was NOT heated as described, as the water was VERY cold!! bathroom very small, but room was spacious; comfortable bed; we found the staff to be very friendly & helpful; continental breakfast was acceptable; we would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The room was very large. The hotel was beautiful and right off the interstate. The room was very spacious with a separate area with a sectional and large flat panel TV.

The facility was quite nice and clean. No complaints there. However, upon checkin, the lady behind the desk was splitting her time trying to sell beer, translating the spanish speaking housekeeping staff, and checking me in. It surely was not a good first impression. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. A few fresh fruits, cereal, loaf of bread, and bagels - put in fancy containers. On top of that, the area around the breakfast was filthy (although the workers were supposedly taking care of it - they were very innefficient and didn't seem to know how to maintain a breakfast bar.

This used to be an AmeriSuites until about Aug 07. It has since changed to Hyatt Place and the upgrades and improvments that have been made resemble a 4 star hotel. The beds are plush, the tv is a 60" HD flat screen and plenty of space in the room.I would HIGHLY reccommend this newly renovated hotel to anyone.

Remodeling hotel. Nastiest room we have ever been to. Reserved King Suite, got 2 saggy double beds and tv so coloe to bed that we couldn't walk by. Only good thing was the staff got us a room across the street!

All five of us had a bed. Pool was closed. Hyatt Place is generally a very nice hotel. This one did not make the cut. The elevator seemed like it belonged in the Tower of Terror ride at Disney. This appeared to be a different hotel that Hyatt Place upgraded the rooms and lobby but not the elevators or pool. We were exhausted from a hot car ride and just wanted a pool and a bed. Pool was not operational, and staff would not relocate us to the Hyatt Place 5 minutes away.

The only complaint that i have regarding the hotel is that the pool was not open. The advertisement for a heated pool brought me to believe that it would be open. But, it was not. Probably should add indoor or outdoor."

Staff was so friendly! Met every request with haste. Nothing! It was perfect. I arrived late, with small children. I called ahead and requested extra pillows, blankets, and portable cribs. Everything I requested was there and the room was great for our family needs.
