Nice size rooms with high end amenities. This was a great hotel with roomy accommodations for a family of 4. The breakfast setup was great and the staff was very friendly.

A perfect room. New, stylish, spacious. HUGE flat screen TV. This hotel is a lot like the 'W' in San Francisco, but it's a fraction of the cost and has a nice free breakfast buffet, too. Will definitely try to stay in other 'Hyatt Place' properties. Front desk staff was also efficient and friendly.

I needed a good location at a great price. I found a last-minute e rate for this location and it turned out wonderful. I am always suspicious of locations and motels that I have not frequented before. This place may be a little pricey normally, but with the special deal it was just what I needed. I would definitely consider the Hyatt again when traveling to the CIncinnati area.

Large rooms, everything but downstairs women's bathroom clean, comfortable beds. Downstairs public women's restroom was dirty. My family and I rented three rooms. they were all clean, large and very comfortable. the kids used the pool. We were there while tornado sirens went off in the area. The concierge got weather information for us and kept us informed of where tornados were sited. The continental breakfast was the usual. Not particularly creative. Overall, our experience was very good.

Large room with separate living room and all are non-smoking. Breakfast selections were disappointing and limited. We had stayed in this hotel about a year ago while visiting relatives for a weekend. Very friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and large flat panel televisions. We expected a little more from the breakfast bar (blueberry muffins and waffles would be nice additions, for instance) but there was fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal available along with a selection of juices. Overall, we would rate this property highly and we would choose to stay here again.

The front desk staff was so helpful and very polite. The smell of the carpet in the hallways once off the elevator was bad smelling. There were several hotels in the area to stay in. Our room was clean and laid out the BEST.

Clean and updated. Not getting the King Size bed. I was very displeased to learn I wasn't getting the King size bed. A King sized bed is something I look for every time I book a hotel, as it is very important to me. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the Hyatt. It was clean, updated and very spacious.

Recently renovated. Very classy. My husband and I both commented that the pillows were too firm to be comfortable. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Nicely appointed rooms. We would stay here again.

Extremely friendly staff, comfy and spacious rooms. No TV in the exercise room. The staff was very attentive and tried to meet our needs. The rooms were great and comfy. I would preferably choose this hotel again.

Rooms are very roomy, great for families. Nice 42 plasma TV and living area. Comfy beds. Only had outdoor pool, so in Cincinnati it's only good for five months out of the year. Very modern, trendy looking. Lots of nice little nooks, sitting areas in the lobby which makes it feel more like a boutique hotel. The guest rooms are spacious and have nice amenities including wet bar, work station, WiFi, 42 plasma TV and large sectional sofa and ottoman. You actually want to spend time in the room. The free continental breakfast was just enough for our group fresh fruit and juices, yogurt, Starbucks coffee, toast, biscuits, bagels and cereal. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.

Nice TV for watching movies. Outdoor pool. The hotel was nice, the staff was hospitable. I was very disappointed that part of the lure of spending a weekend at a hotel in the winter is to use the pool and hot tub, to relax. I never would have stayed there. I would rather pay extra to ensure I get what I want. It really put a damper on a romantic weekend getaway. I was very disappointed.

Very friendly hotel staff. The heating unit was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful. The room was new and very clean. The only complaint I would have was the heating unit cycled on and off all night and was very loud. That made it hard to sleep. Of course turning off the heat made it too cold to sleep.

TheTV in the room was huge and the movie selection was great! The bathrooms in the rooms are very tiny! Besides the very small bathroom, the room was very spacious, clean, and family friendly. There was plenty of room to hang out with the kids. The staff was courteous and the big screen HD TV in our room was my husband's favorite part!

Great wide screen TV. Comfortable bed. Head to room was not on when we arrived - but it only took 15 minutes to warm up. Wide screen TV which can be viewed from both sleeping area and lunging area was great. Rooms look new and very clean.

It was very nicely decorated and the rooms exceeded expectations. This hotel was nicer than we even expected, and the price was reasonable as well. We did not get to spend as much time there as we would have liked to .
