The bathtub filled up ankle deep with water when we showered. The 25 plasma TV with 115 channels was so grainy on most stations that it was not worth watching and, as far as we could figure out, most of the 115 channels were pay channels. They did not have (or we could not locate) channels like A&E, History Channel, etc. There were no instructions for operating the television. This hotel is located at the intersection of I540 and Walnut. Access to and from the hotel is difficult. The beds, however, were very comfortable and the pillows were great.

The Hyatt location near I540 was clean, modern and nicely appointed facility. The room was very comfortable and new with a sitting area and large flat-panel TV viewed from both bed area and sitting area. My issues were more with the lack of in-room service (versus what was represented) and no follow-up from staff on WiFi issues experienced. The Hyatt has a small kitchen area in the lobby where you can order food prepared from a menu that could only be viewed in the lobby area (no menu in the room) and once prepared you need to bring the food back to your room. Upon arriving I learned that the WiFi was free but encountered problems with their router which would not allow access to my office. After providing details to the problem to the Hyatt staff, I was assured that the problem would be investigated. Over 4 hours later and one additional inquiry, I was left with no follow-up and without access to my office, resulting in lost work-time. Business travelers should be wary of this issue.

The rooms have all been renovated in true Hyatt-style: extremely comfortable, especially the beds. We've stayed at AmeriSuites (the former owner of the property) before, and they were OK but the renovations have brought this up to the same standards as in other Hyatts. The staff went out of their way to be beyond hospitable. Of course, the true test will be after both employees and facility have been around for a while, but until then, enjoy the ride.

The Hyatt Place Bentonville-Rogers was a real bargain! The Hyatt standards with the comfortable beds and bedding at small town prices. It was located right off the freeway and had a good continental breakfast with the option to purchase small meals. There were many restaurants nearby but no real restaurant in the hotel. However an IHOP and several other chain restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times and the room was large and comfortable. The fridge and wetbar area in the sitting room was very useful to pack a cooler for hikes at Devil's Den State Park during our freetime.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and easy access from interstate. Nothing. Located off exit 85 on I-540, the hotel was only 5 minutes from Mercy Medical Center by highway or 10 minutes by side roads. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with a kitchenette and sectional couches. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked a room for just a fun stay and rest time. From the outside it looks like a standard hotel, but the interior of the building is very well appointed. The room was very comfortable and clean, we slept well in a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful The morning buffet was good with other options to purchase. I will book another room here again and looking forward to spending some more time here. It is close and easy access to good restaurants and shopping. However, if you are looking forward to the heated pool, it was not heated during our visit and was very chilly, even though it was 90 degrees outside.

This hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there. While I understand that this will be nice for future travelers it was a hug inconvienence for us. It wasn't necessarily the construction going on that was the big issue, when we brought it to the attention to the staff we were written off as if they could care less whether or not we were unhappy.

Loved the modern decor of the hotel. Internet connection was not steady. A very nice surprise. The flat screen TV was great and the bed very comfortable. The modern decor of the room (an entire hotel) truly gave me a feeling of being somewhere else, like in Europe almost. It was really nice staying in this hotel and I will most certainly stay there again.

This hotel is superb. I have not stayed in Amerisuites very much and this was one of the last remaining hotels I could stay in the area. I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was. The rooms are very spacioius and comfortable. The bed is average, but the lobby and hotel is in perfect shape

Nothing. This hotel was fantastic. It was more of a suite than a hotel room. Very comfortable, very clean and very trendy. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

It is a motel on the freeway a painted box. It was a poor selection and is not a hotel it is a motel. We checked out on the 2nd day, and found a real hotel.

The room layout and comfort. Nothing. I've never stayed in a Hyatt Place or a Hyatt for that matter, when we arrived in the room, the layout was beautiful, the big screen TV that rotated from living area to bedroom, the computer desk, and bar area; all of it met and exceeded my expectations.

The room looked like I was in Las Vegas. No mirror in the bathroom. Hands down one of the best hotel stays. It far exceeded my expectations. The decor in the room was awesome!

The comfort and look was casual but elegant, the staff was Exceptional! When you got off the elevator on the first floor, the direction was confusing. This hotel had upscale design at a great price. The staff went out of their way to help in all aspects of the stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable beyond a normal traveler expectation for a very good price! Loved the sectional couch, with large ottoman and large wide screen flat screen TV with all the bells and whistles you could ask for in a hotel! Great experience!
