Date of Stay:
July, 2009
This was an overnight getaway for myself. The staff and rooms were great! Reasonably priced and close to shopping.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Free breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Cleanliness and level of quiet was not good. The hotel was very attractive but the room we stayed in was not cleaned well. The carpet was quite dirty, and you could tell housekeeping had made a quick sweep of the room to clean it. Also the walls were very thin and could hear water running in other rooms etc. The toilet also needed replaced.
Date of Stay:

This hotel was much nicer than we expected. The shuttle drivers were so kind and friendly. The indoor pool was heated perfectly and the life guard was very attentive to my grandson. The room was beautiful and very very clean. We found the staff very kind as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to staying there again. I feel we got much more for our money than expected. It was a plesant surprise.

The hotel was nice, but it was hard to find the staff. The front desk is right when you walk in the main entrance, but no one was ever at the desk. It was hard to find someone to check you in or out of the hotel. That is my only complaint. There are self serve computer kiosks that you can check yourself in and out with though. I also thought that the staff was kind of rude when I tried asking them questions. The room was spacious and clean, but I did notice the bottom of the bathtub was peeling off. All in all I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great experience and stay!

The room had a small refrigerator in it, a big screen HD TV, free internet access and it was very close to the airport.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Nice size rooms, large plasma TV, small bathroom and even smaller tub. No microwave in the hotel anywhere. Free breakfast limited to breads, cereals, small assortment of fruit. Coffee, tea and juice included. Front desk personnel mostly customer oriented but not all. Housekeeping services terrible. Lack of attention to detail (don't replace coffee packs or dirty glasses) and don't even think of putting out the do not disturb sign because housekeeping will not check back at other times during the day to see if you're ready for service. When you go to the front desk to let them know your room is ready for service they will tell you to speak to housekeeping who will tell you too bad. I have much travel experience and some over the Christmas holidays and I've never been treated in this manner.

The location was great for us and there was no plane noise. The front desk and other employees were great. Our only complaint was that the room did not apprear to be cleaned well each day. We had to ask for glasses twice and towels once. Overall it was an okay place, but it could have been cleaner. The beds were fine and appeared clean. Breakfast is a little scanty compared to Hampton Inn where we usually stay. We did get our money's worth and that is all that matters.

Nice business environment where you are comfortable in the room and have access to what you need to be relaxed and productive

Excellent service. Everything was perfect - the room, the dining area, the convenient location and the transportation to the airport. Excellent service.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the rooms ~ very spacious and nicely laid out. Loved the flat screen TV that swivled so you could watch in the seating area or in bed.
Date of Stay:

Flat screen TV. Staff is not too friendly (front desk and breakfast area). Pillows are too soft. Kitchen has no microwave. Staff from the lunch area seems lazy and not very helpful. Over all, the services is the turn off, no courtesy.

I arrived early and was treated as if I were royalty arriving at a Five Star hotel. Room was large, clean and comfortable. TV was large and first rate. Bathroom was large and very clean; and the pillow choices great. The shuttle service to airport and to rental car pickup at BWI was outstanding.

Room was very nice. The pool was dirty. Only open for limited hours. Wouldn't recommend it. When you think Hyatt you think classy but not what i received there.

I usually do not take time to write reviews like this. But this hotel worked out great for me, so here goes. This hotel near airport, easy free parking, has easy checkin, spacious rooms, large LCD tv with a lot of channels. The gym has modern Lifestyle cardio machines, although not that many and it was full by 7 am. The free breakfast is high quality cereals and fruit, rolls. You can get eggs for a resonable price. I stayed here with my brother to attend a funeral in March, 2008. Would stay again with my family. Highly recommend to all.

Location, cleanliness. Leaky toilet, limited pool hours.
Date of Stay:

The mattress was worn and I did not sleep well. I've stayed there several times and each time the mattress was worn and I did not get a good night sleep.

Separate living room area with 42 in flt screen TV, coffee maker in kitchen area rather than bathroom was great. There was nothing I didn't like. It was a wonderful stay, from the free shuttle and the friendly and helpful staff to the lovely room with separate sitting area and 42 inch flat screen TV. It has always grossed me out that hotels put the coffee maker and glassware in the bathroom.
