I just stayed in my very comfortable hotel room and rested until my friends came to pick me up.

Starbucks coffee and continental breakfast. Room a little worn, bathroom too small. While visiting relatives in Johns Creek, the hotel allowed easy access to their home. We were looking for a convenient location to sleep and get going in the morning and the hotel was perfect.

The secret is out. The Hyatt Place in Johns Creek surpassed all expectations in hotel service, cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness and location. Situated in the middle of Johns Creek and walking distance to some of the finest restaurants ranging from family friendly to adults only -- this hotel is 2nd to none. Our visit was in the spring and we were able to take walks around the lake in the back of the hotel, breakfast inside with made-to-order omletes and waffles with Starbucks coffee, cocktails in the evening prior to resting in the most comfortable bed and dozing off watching the 42" plasma TV. The staff had definately mastered the course on hospitality and were very knowledgable about the area -- including where to get a quick haircut! Our room, the meeting room and lobby/restaurant area was immaculate. I am not easy to impress and was trying to find a good economical hotel for several out-of-town guests. I was expecting good and received great. I now have to try other Hyatt Place Hotels to determine if this is the norm or the exception. I will return and ecourage others to do the same!

The hotel was hard to find in the dark. Poor signage. We were there for a family birthday. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly & polite. But the room is more suited to a male business traveler. There was no makeup mirror, shower cap or other toiletries such as body lotion. The coffee maker made one cup at a time, but not stocked with enough coffee. The breakfast bar was adequate, nothing special.

The location was great The carpet in our was old and somewhat stained, and we could not get the heat a comfortable level. As a whole, we liked the hotel, and we would recommend it to our friends

I liked the color scheme and furniture in the hotel room and lobby and enjoyed the pleasant attitude of hotel staff. The only thing that needed taken care of was room cleanliness. My room had an empty shopping bags, cookies, wine bottle, and some else's toiletries.

Excellent hotel staff. Air conditioner noise. Good, clean facility with large living space. Air conditioner noise, with location next to bed, made sleeping difficult.

Lack of repair. Nice from the outside however I got very little sleep thanks to a dripping bath tub and toilet, I had to shut the water off in the toilet and put a towel in the tub to stop the noise. Then the air unit was very loud. Additionally the curtains did not block the light and I was woken up because of it. I would never stay in a Hyatt Place hotel again.

The room was real nice and the free breakfast was excellent. TV in room was 3 feet from end of bed, right in my face. I am not a world traveler. This was the nice place I have stayed in.

Loved having the fresh fruit at breakfast. Hotel didn't miss a detail. Waking up to find hundreds of people in the hotel and parking lot for a job fair we didn't know about. Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again.

It is nice hotel very clean rooms. Low ratings are due to renovations. The hotel and staff was excellent. The fact that I had to enter and exit the hotel at the side entrances due to construction on the lobby was an inconvenience and the continental breakfast wasn't a breakfast at all.
