My husband was on a business trip and I was tagging along. Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome right away. Have never stayed at a Hyatt before. The rooms were very clean and spacious. local mall just around the corner about 1/2 mile with pleanty of other shops around.

I like the size of the room and the cleanliness of it. The elevator needed to be vacuum. The bathroom was a bit small, but OK. I was well pleased with the hotel. I really loved the flat screen TV and the size of the room. The decorations were wonderful, the size of the parking area, the pool, and the breakfast were all great. I was very pleased. And of course, the price was right!

All the staff at Hyatt Place was extremely helpful and willling to do WHATEVER I needed to make my stay trouble free. For instance, upon arriving we were booked a room with an adjoining room; I called the front desk and they changed it to a non-adjoining room in less than 5 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Fitness Area has some machines to break a nice sweat before the days activity followed by a simple yet effective breakfast (free). THANK YOU HYATT PLACE Duluth, GA!!!!

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the flat screen TV- that was a plus. Would have been nice to have some type of food service in the hotel, but there are plenty of restuarant options right down the street. I would stay here again.

We were given a room, where the sheets had not been changed. One of the beds had a blood stained sheet. We called the manager, who offered to change the sheets for us. We insisted that we should be given a new room, which they did. The manager on duty was very apologetic and offered to give us a credit. We have not received a credit for this stay as yet.

Hotel was nice. Communication with housekeeping was not good. Housekeeping could not understand English well. The front desk staff was very friend. I will definitely come back. The price was right and the rooms are big.

My friend Nate and myself attended the Great White concert at Wild Bills in Gwinnett.I tried to book a reservation at the Marriott Courtyard,but they were at capacity.Truth betold I am glad they were full or else I may not have discovered this fantastic spot. The moment I stepped in the lobby,I knew this place was a step above the rest.It had a very modern decor and an unconventional layout I found quite impressive.The clerk at check in was very friendly and informed me of every amenity available.So,we went up to our room and the moment we hit the lights were blown away by the size and luxuriousness.It contained a seperate sitting area replete with a large couch and wetbar.Then there was that big flatscreen stationed in the center so you can view it from the bedroom too.Anyways, we went to the show and had a great time.The following morning I went down and indulged in the complimentary breakfast.Oh,and did I forget to mention they have a 24hour Starbucks' in the lobby.For the money there isn't another chain that comes close and I recommend them highly and suggest you check them out for yourself.They are now firmly planted at the top of my list.

Very clean & freindly. Comfortable rooms. This Hyatt is a very nice hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable & the rooms were spacious and very clean. My son decided to go with me at the last minute & the hotel gladly changed my room from a king to two beds when I arrived. I was very pleased with my stay & hope to stay there again when I travel to the Duluth area.

We visited the area to see a concert at the arena. The hotel was only minutes away and very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and was available for any questions. The room was remarkable. It was very clean, the bed was so soft, you really felt like you were at home. The breakfast was very nice. I actually visited with a friend, so we wanted to feel safe, with no husbands around. Yhe parking lot was well lighted and staff was always around. I have no complaints and will stay there again when I come back to the area. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Columbia area.

This hotel was great until we woke up the next morning and one of our cars had been broken into. THe cops actually showed up and sayed that this was a bad problem in the area and had received almost DAILY calls about smash and grabs. There were no cameras in the parking lot to even check. The hotel was great but not worth getting your car window broken and things stolen.

Bed was amazing. Hallways had an odd smell to them. Great hotel for the price I got it at. Large rooms and nice accommodations. Nice television(42" plasma) but oddly only had 36 channels largely consisting of sports and news networks.
