The room was clean and spacious. Awesome TV system. I was able to play music from my laptop through the speakers because of the hook-ups. The staff was very helpful. I had a slow running drain, but housekeeping fixed it right away. I would have preferred a working Ethernet connection in the room as opposed to wi-fi. They offered a computer room so it was okay. I would definitely stay at another Hyatt Place again provided they are all the same quality as this one. Thumbs up!

We suspected some shortcuts by the staff. We marked the sheets and later discovered they left used sheets on the beds when they were supposed to be changed. We had to ask for facial tissue, soap, shampoo and wash cloths. They gave us a room with two full size beds when we were supposed to have one king size bed. We arrived very tired and didn't want to relocate to another room when we just wanted to go to bed. We choose this facility based partly on the "good" reviews. You gotta be kidding. The front desk staf was helpful though.

From the start the hotel is very new. Very clean, close to alot of restaurants and very convenient to downtown. Stay away from the rooms close to the street side they are noisy. I called to change rooms in the middle of the night and the front desk attendant was very rude. All was nice except for the noise and the rude staff. Due to this I will not stay again.

Closeness to airport makes it very convienent for an overnight stay the day prior to air travel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very stylish and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The bed is high quality that ensures a restful sleep.

Convenient place to sleep for a long layover. I seem to stay in a lot of what I call airport hotels near the beginning and end of my trips, and this was one of them. They're nicer hotels with a shuttle, easy public transit access, or lie within walking distance of a major airport. This was one of them. Nicer place, nothing super extravagant, but definitely a great quiet place to sleep away from the airport, just like the airline employees. The room was tastefully decorated, large, clean, quiet, and had a large couch that could easily sleep another person (I think it was a hide-a-bed). The breakfast was fair and included (I became accustomed to excellent, but extra, when I was in GB); better than your average US hotel breakfast, and certainly more health-conscious, but my standards were skewed at this point.

This is one of the only hotels that I have ever stayed at the looked exactly like it did in the pictures. This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are a nice size and the sitting room makes it look like a suite. The bathroom is a little small, so watch your feet when closing the door. The staff is very nice and helpful as are all the shuttle drivers. When I return to Atlanta, this hotel will be first on my list of places to stay.

Rooms. Housekeeper. No carts for languages, and when asked no one did not want to see where one was. Housekeepers were very disrespectful.

I had the most enjoyable time at this hotel that I can remember in all my days as a traveler. I have been traveling around the lower 48's for my entire life. As a child I would go on family trips with Dad but nothing can compare to this stay at the Hyatt Place. It was very clean, roomy, quiet and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this to the Queen of England. I'm not kidding, it was spectacular.

Large bed and large living spaces. Great room with a large bed, large TV, and large living space made for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and they had one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. Very nice hotel and convenient to the airport.
