This is a very nice motel. The employees were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price. My wife and sister-in-law stayed there one year earlier and it was considerably cheaper.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. In the span of 10 minutes I encountered 2 groups of people in the elevator and lobby with open alcoholic beverages in the presence of kids. Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff.

Perhaps we expected too much because of the name Hyatt. But this hotel is NOT a Hyatt. The staff was sparse - sometimes couldn't be found - one slept in the lobby by the TV - we were NEVER greeted even at check-in. They were so inhospitable that often I couldn't tell WHO was staff and who were guests - they just simply did not communicate with anyone. I asked for bed pillows, I got naked sofa pillows. We were there 4 nights - our room was cleaned once (Friday morning crew was good) - we had to ask for clean towels on the third night. (I chose to not have sheets changed each night as green measure.) The food was 100% ineatable and that set-up is no better than a vending machine. The staff put a full soccer league in rooms on all sides of us - the kids were more than noisy - they ran up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. That flat-screen TV was completely inappropriate for that tiny room. There were no other amenities offered. We will never stay at a Hyatt PLACE Hotel again. What a joke~!

I was in town for my neice's graduation party. The Hyatt was close to her home, conveniently located, and had a great room with a huge flat screen tv. I would recommend and stay there again.

Comfortable run, well-appointed, excellent TV. Nothing. This is the nicest hotel in this star rating classification that we have stayed at in Richmond. Very nice, spacious rooms. My wife liked the fact that the vanity was located outside of the bathroom. Television was excellent, and you could spin it for viewing in either living room or bedroom. Overall, quality experience.

Nice big room and king size bed. There was nothing that I did not like. Very nice and roomy, very comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I left a pair of shoes at the hotel and they very cheerfully sent them to me at no cost to me. This is the second time I have stayed here and will always stay at this hotel.

Accommodations were very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom sink became clogged and the toilet ran somewhat. I visited two hotels and was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. I also appreciated the extra touches of amenities that were included in each room.

Having the separate living space in the room with a large sofa. The food could have been better quality. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Layout of the room was great,allowing privacy between sofa and actual bed. Shower was the only thing not very clean, several hairs in the shower.

Room decor nice with large plasma TV, refrigerator and couch. Rooms setup with only 1 bed-all rooms, fold out couch, not much room to move around with couch open. Nicely furnished room with large plasma TV, setup excellent for single traveler, not as comfortable for multiple in room. Breakfast with bagel/muffins and cereal.

Spacious room with refrigerator; good breakfast. No place to hang towels. We stayed with our children for a soccer tournament. Plenty of room for two parents and two middle school age children in one room.

The new look and accommodations were excellent for the price. The desk staff, at times, seemed none too eager to provide assistance. The Hyatt's new look inside is comfortable, neat and clean with spacious rooms. The location is ideal - convenient and tranquil.

Very nice rooms. No hot andfree breakfast offered. This was good for the money. The pool is outdoors, which is not good for the winter, but the two computer business center and small bar/eating area is nice. A little hard to get to from the main street, but easily accessible from the interstate. Rooms were superb. Continental b-fast offered, hot avail for a fee. Would stay again.

Staff did everything possible to make guests feel at home. Breakfast should start at 6am on weekdays (started at 6:30 am). The staff was genuinely interested in the guests and making the guests feel comfortable in their hotel. A very good experience.
