I travel to Florida often for business and short vacations, the last 3 times I've stayed here. The staff is very friendly and always there to help you. It's close to everything. The rooms are real cozy and clean. It's the only hotel that I'll stay at from now on.

The staff was extremely friendly, needs were met in a timely manner, the hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast set up was tasteful. The location was nice, I enjoy shopping and there was a great mall located right across the street and the airport was a short drive away.

This is a great little hotel. It's clean and the staff is really nice. It sits at the end of a dead end so it's pretty quiet too. There is the ocaissional plane taking off or landing at the airport, but it's not that frequent or loud. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked nice. There was also a free continental breakfast, which was just enough to get your day started, *and* they serve Starbucks coffee, YAY!! The beds were very comfortable and it didn't take me more than about 5-10 minutes to fall asleep, without a sleeping pill.....that's awesome for an insomniac! LOL. Yes, we would definitely stay here again

We went to see a concert. The staff was great. They were friendly and answered any questions we had. We stayed at a Hyatt in El Paso TX a few years ago; so we knew the Hyatt in Tampa would be a great place to stay.

Having a small kitchen was a plus. Some of the fixtures are a little out dated. I only stayed at this hotel for one night after a long flight from Oregon. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning they did have a complimentary breakfast of cereals, fruit, juices, and bagels. If you are needing a hotel that is close to the airport this is the perfect place.

My son works for the Bucs, so the hotel location, so close to the airport and Raymond James Stadium, could not have been better. Super comfy bed..I could have slept for days. Very clean linens. Room had sitting area, 42" tv, wet bar and a fridge. Some stains on the ottoman and sofa.The mirrors were not cleaned and there were dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. The bottom of the door to the bathroom looked like it had been chewed by a big old bear. I was very wary of using the drinking glasses w/out washing them first. It looks like a lot was wrong with my room, but it really was a nice stay and I felt very safe. They offer an adequate continental breakfast.

I stayed here on a short trip (tewo nights) to visit family. This hotel has a very pleasant and helpful staff, and the room I was in had been remodeled recently and was extremely nice. The flat screen tv was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a large couch and desk. The only criticism is that the ac unit was noisy, but it did not keep me up at night. No street or airport noise leaked into the room. There is a coffee shop in the lobby, a nice restaurant and a Starbucks next door. The hotel is close to two very nice shopping malls, the airport, and has easy access to I-275, St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. Make sure you get a map, because it can be a bit of a challenge to find with road construction going on around Tampa Airport..

we had a great time there 1 minute from our rentalcar place. 10 minutes from buschgardens and the waterpark. 20 minutes to the clearwater beaches. room was spacious and very user friendly. tv/refrig and more. can't wait to get back there. right in the middle of everything!!! thanks again!

Went there for a convention and was really pleased with the peace & quiet, even though there were kids there. Access to both malls was very convenient as well as restaurants and Walmart!! Staff was very prompt and I used the shuttle daily. My sister & I truly enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

The Haytt Place location allowed easy access to major highways,different malls for shopping, lots of family friendly and upscale resturants to eat a variety of foods.

Friendliness, lobby area, room decor and work space. Nothing to dislike. Bathtub is very slippery, be careful! Excellent value, quality of installation and service. Very convenient location.
