Convenient to airport, good continental breakfast. Layout of room. Closet partially blocked by vanity! We never heard the planes. Free use of fast internet in rooms or with their lobby PCs. Nice pool but water too cold & no hot tub. Staff was very accommodating & friendly. Everything clean. I loved that I could buy a glass (or bottle) of wine in the lobby in the evening and take it to my room. Hot food, along with continental breakfast was available.

From the moment of my arrival at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Tucson, AZ. on Jan 16, 2009 through to my departure on Jan 20, 2009, I was positively impressed by the warmth and caring of the hotel staff. My biggest impression was that each of the staff that I encountered was happy to accommodate me. I was pleasantly surprised by the way each staff member would be so pro-active in making my stay an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, the living room was homey, and just a great place to sit and relax. But, the staff, I was just very impressed with the attitude of all of the staff from those who I came across in the morning to those who I came across in the evening hours. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to my next trip to Tucson,AZ.

The front lobby and staff immediately made a great impression. Getting into the room was easy. The room was UNBELIEVABLE. A full couch, huge bed (that was comfortable), bar area w/sink, huge TV. I'm 6'5"" tall and didn't have to bend in half for the shower head. The room was clean and quite. When I go back to Tucson, I'll be staying here.

Big room, large flat screen TV, nicely arranged, very comfortable. Minimal staffing, electronic check-in, would not change king bed for 2 doubles without additional $15 payment. Good value: the suite consisted of a bedroom area separated from a living room / kitchenette (large sofa which could make into a queen bed), desk, microwave, sink, fridge, etc). 42 inch flat screen TV. Very quiet even though adjacent to the airport. The free breakfast was decent (cereals, yougurt, pastries, fresh fruit and excellent coffee). Everything clean and efficient.

Computer access: I don't have a laptop; several were available. Comfortable with the business travelers necessary amenities. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Helpful staff. More spacious and comfortable than more upscale hotels I have stayed in.

Attractive room and very clean. Pool area, no towels, broken lock, slow staff. The description of the room made me think it was a small suite, but really it was just one big room, not good for families because there was no division between the living room area and the bedroom; only oneTV so too bad for parents or kids. Too small of shower area and the vanity space also was not divided from the bedroom. If one person is getting ready, the other cannot continue to sleep because the vanity is in the same area. Too much noise and too much light.

Our room was a suite and was nicely furnished. A bit too far from the city center and excellent restaurants. This was an outstanding, given that we were in a suite that was nicely appointed and fairly new in decor and amenities. The hotel is a bit too far away from the city center and the excellent restaurants on the east and northeast side of the city, But it was as convenient as could be to the airport and to points south of Tucson.
