This hotel was awesome. The service was out of this world. Very upscale and just felt great. I will definetely return.

New. New room odors (glue, new carpet, etc). Excellent and attentive staff upon arrival. I like the gallery 24/7 concept - plenty of choices. My (very early) morning airport shuttle - requested for 4:45am - left with other passengers to same airline without me at 4:43am. I had to wait (the "15 minute round-trip") and then request the driver be called after 25 minutes to verify that I'd get to ariport security in time for my flight (I did arrive 40 minutes later than planned but with a small airport this wasn't a problem for my departure).

Staff was very helpful, recommended a great breakfast restaurant, etc Honestly it was great! When we arrived, they knew my first name before I told them. They treated us like guests/friends. They frequently asked us if there was anything they could do for us. The hotel was very clean and featured a flat screen television. Nice!

Clean high quality rooms. The entrance is hidden in a complex, so can be difficult to get into if arriving at night.

Room layout, including couch and swivel TV. The check-in staff didn't tell us about any hotel features including complimentary breakfast. New, clean, some innovative features, very close to the airport and nice breakfast.

Room and internet. It is a wonderful Hotel near alot of great stores and eateries. I would like to return. The bed and TV are wonderful. The shower door was different.

The room was huge and really pretty. Iloved everything about it. This hotel is brand new and was beautiful. The room was huge and the staff was great. I was there with my three young children waiting on my husband to come in from the airport and the staff helped me get things to my room and were very nice to the kids as well. We will be staying here again we loved it!
