nice, modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a big screen tv that our son loved. convenient to the airport

Layout of room for family.

The hotel lobby looks nice when you enter the hotel, but the rooms are rather small and the bathroom is smaller than an airplane bathroom. Our room was not that clean and the walls must be paper thin - could hear other guests' doors slam every time they entered/exited. This hotel is very loud! Would not stay here again, especially with young children.I cant forget the windows are thin we heard airplanes overhead all night.

We stayed here on a hockey/shopping trip and we loved it!! The room was very, very nice....clean, large, nice bed and decor. We enjoyed the Starbucks served with breakfast and found the location excellent for shopping and dining. We've since been back and are booking again for this summer.

Spacious rooms. Located in a congested area, bath cramped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was excellent with lots of space with the only down side being the cramped quarters of the bath. The door just missed hitting the toilet by 1/4, very little room to move in it. The sink & vanity were outside of the bath. There were 4 in our room and the layout made it very easy to move about. The pubic areas were nice and the continental breakfast was sufficient, nothing to write home about. But for the price of the room it definitely was worth it.

great hotel value for the $$ via a online travel website. The Hyatt has a great Lobby area - to sit relax have some wine and watch TV

If you are going to travel for business, you need to be careful, because VPN connections will never work on this hotel. They don't have a fixed internet IP. they are honest, I don't think they have room service, because they don't have a kitchen, and your breakfast is a couple of apples. the ppol is ok. But honestly they are not meeting my standards, they are not friendly at all. Except X, if by error you get in this hotel, of course you will know X he will make your days easier and confortable, but he is the only one that seems to know about this business.

The staff was courteous but not overly extroverted. The location near the supermarket was good for getting a variety of healthy meals. The rooms were excellent and immaculate.

The hotel itself is awesome. But be aware that if you book through an online travel agency you are not allowed to use the airport shuttle or leave your vehicle at the hotel. I was told this after check in...and the front desk told me no manager was on site. I called the online travel agency and they recommeded that I cancel my reservation with them...and pay for the room at the hotel. To my surprise there was a manager there...who was in one of the rooms...however she would not allow me to even pay extra for the shuttle/parking service. So I had to cancel my reservation, pay for the room again, and now I am in the process of getting a refund through the online travel agency. The staff did nothing to assist me. If you are reading the directions to the hotel...they are given FROM the airport...confusing because there are two Crafton exits and they are 5 miles apart...the directions need to be from the city..not from the airport.

Large rooms, great amenities for a great price. Not in central Pittsburgh but it is near the highway for convenience. Overall very pleased with stay. Rooms were clean, and very spacious. Free wi-fi, large TV, large sleeper couch. Staff was nice. Great for family travel.

The room that we had at this hotel was perfect. There was enough space for a young family traveling with a baby. We were brought a pack n play to use, and with a half-room divider, it was almost like having the baby in his own space. There was plenty of space in the room. Internet access was consistent. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. From check-in to check out this hotel was easily my greatness Priceline experience. The room was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and offer assistance. The location was very close to where I needed to be. If I could stay here again at this rate, I'd do it every time.

The Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport is conveniently located near several good restaurants, a Starbucks and less than 15 minutes to the airport. The room was comfortable; the sitting area was separated from the sleeping area. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Fun and restful. Pool not the best. Nice newer hotel, some of the things in the hotel room needed maintaining. Drywall damage. Their was mold in the bathroom, and the shower tub was falling off. I would still highly recommend this hotel. There was a free breakfast newspaper, small fridge in room, and free Starbucks coffee in morning, LARGE flat screen TV, pool, and more. The staff seemed to allow you to do things to make you feel special. My only complaint with the hotel pool is that it did not feel as new and clean as the rest of the Hotel. It seemed more like an after thought on the building plans but it still was one of the most enjoyable parts of our vacation there.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not equal to Hampton. Spacious rooms, clean, courteous staff.
