I had to postpone my trip due to my husband's being in the hospital. I had a very difficult time cancelling with reimbursement. I have a verbal answer that the cost will be reimbursed to my credit card. Hopefully, this will occur. Lynda Boardman

Location, spacious rooms. Smokey smell in room; not as clean as expected. This hotel was in a very accessible location, and we felt very safe. The desk personal went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was very spacious and we appreciated the refrigerator and free WiFi connection. The bathroom was very small, although the sink was outside of the bathroom, which made it convenient. The continental breakfast was adequate, and the breakfast room was exceptionally attractive, and well serviced, although by 9:30 a.m. everything was taken away, including the coffee. The pool was outdoors, but on a warm summer evening, it was refreshing. Our room was not as clean as I would have expected from a hotel that seemed to have everything else going for it, and our room had a Smokey smell - seemed they had spread something in the room to mask the cigarette smell, even though we were in a no-smoking wing. Nevertheless, it was a good hotel, and we'd go back again.

Very large spacious rooms, almost too much space. Bar area, work desk, large sectional sofa with footstool, and a GREAT comfy king bed. Oh yeah, the 42" flat screen is wonderful too. Didn't use the hook ups, but they had all imaginable plugins for your computer to interface with the television. Only slight downside is that the complimentary breakfast was very minimual. Fruit, toast, bagels, coffee and milk etc. I would definetly stay here again and would strongly reccommend it to friends.

Staff were great and helpful - always friendly! Rooms were clean, inviting , comfortable size with lovely spacious couch with large TV. Breakfast offered healthy choice - sufficient. Great value and enjoyed our stay! Lynn McCleland Southlake

Hotel was very clean and staff was courteous. Also accomodated us with a nice crib for our child. We liked that there was a divided area with a comfortable sofa so one parent could tend to the child while the other slept in. It was also convenient having the bar sink for washing bottles. Would consider staying at this chain in other locations.

I was a first time visitor to Oklahoma. The first room assigned to me was not very good. The shower fixtures were coming off the wall, and the overall bathroom was not in very good shape. It was late so the next morning I asked to be moved and stated why. When I checked in the staff person was extremely nice and accomodating. The next morning, the staff person was younger and seemed a little "put out" that I was asking to be moved to another room, but did so. My next room was on the 4th floor and was very a much more improved room. I enjoyed my room for the week that I was there. Overall, the staff was so friendly and accomodating, from the staff cleaning the rooms, the kitchen staff, bar staff, and front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly!! I would come back to Oklahoma and to this hotel. Oh, the pool was not very clean the one day I went which was in the early afternoon. I noticed they cleaned the pool in the early morning, but still it could have been attended to like the rest of the hotel. Mirrors in both rooms were cracked and probably should be replaced. When ordering a hot breakfast, it would be nice to be able to order, for example, scrambled eggs only that didn't cost $6.50 when you "hold" the bacon. I did have the omlette, OMG it was great. Overall the staff was great.

Cancelled the room, rec'd cancellation number. Later was charged as no show, then had to spend an hour with customer service telling the story 5 times to 5 different people and the charge is still not resolved/refunded.

The staff was unusually friendly ([...] I think in particular), the lobby and rooms were updated and done very well with a modern style, everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the wireless network was a little slow.

TV and couch wonderful addition. No ice machines on even floors. This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was perfect except for lack of ice machines on even number floors.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. Self Check-in went fairly well except machine wouldn't print my room keys but staff was right there to get my keys for me. I was a little disappointed that the hotel did not accept my Hyatt Gift Certificates (apparently they don't participate in gift certificate program by Hyatt brand hotels) - so we cancelled our second night to stay closer to where we were visiting. If it hadn't been 35 miles from our destination, we would have stayed the second night. Will stay here again when we visit the OKC area in the future.

I really liked the room, the friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere. This was the best hotel, I have ever received. I will recommend the priceline experience as well as the Hyatt Place Hotels. I enjoyed my stay tremendously, and I thank Priceline and the Hyatt Place Hotels for a wonderful stay.

This is the greatest value for a hotel I have experienced. I travel a great deal and I was very delighted with this hotel. I highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed. Room is new, well designed, comfortable, appointed. Safe for females, families. Close to airport, shopping, dining, shuttle available. WOW factor when you walk into your room.

The room was so nice...I have stayed at some very upscale hotels and they did not come close to this one. I love the large fold out sectional and the fact that is was seperate from the sleeping area. The only complaint I could have was that the shower are was small but the other features of the room made the difference. I will stay there every chance I get.
