This hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and the location was in a very safe and secure place. Even though it is by the airport, it is very peaceful at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night, but will certainly consider staying again. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Room was nice and clean, and I felt a great value for the money. The complimentary continental breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc... also had a very nice fitness center that we did not utilize. Overall we were very pleased.

Good location. This hotel did give good service. There were no soft good or snack machines. Hotel was under construction and did not supply any amenities such as a soft drink machine or snack machine. The first night there was tea provided in the room, but not the second or third. Front desk said they were out. It seemed the front desk was out of touch with service.

Friendly staff-helpful. They had major construction going on, which was a concern when we checked in but the clerk assured us we were in an area that would not be bothered by it. And he was correct. We never heard a thing and it didn’t interfere with our stay at all. Nice place to stay.

I absolutely loved staying here. The cleaning crew and overall staff make the stay completely worthwhile! The room was nice, no ""funky"" smell that I recognized, and everything was wonderful.

Large room with microwave and refrigerator, desk, very accommodating and comfortable. Slight odor in room that air conditioning did not eliminate. American suites under construction while we were there that closed off the front entrance while it's being transformed into a Hyatt Place. Construction was only visible since it was in the front and did not bother or affect guests in any way except for check-in/check-out.

The hallways were very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. Amerisuites was fine for a short over night, although the bed and bedding was dismal. The hallways were noisy, and our room was situated on a corner within inches of another door which made mornings very loud.

Room was spacious and very comfortable - staff great. Room door rattled every time the exit door was used - we were right next to it. Exceed our expectations in every way - room spacious and very clean, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty much standard but again staff were quick to assist with any request. Would stay there again.

Very good breakfast. Matress were soft. A very clean operation well suited to the business or leisure traveler. The Breakfast buffet with fresh eggs and waffles is great. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you.

Staff was very friendly and fixed a terrific complimentary breakfast. The mattress was too hard - like a board. I would recommend this hotel for both business and family stays. Complimentary breakfast included eggs and sausage and make your own waffles as well as the traditional bagels and sweet rolls. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. An indoor pool is scheduled to be built and completed in February 08.

The rooms were huge. The breakfast was great, very nice set up. The night manager was not very friendly or helpful; coffee was not ready early in the morning. Very clean and neat. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. We were especially impressed by the size of the breakfast room and the variety of food offered.

The location of the hotel was easy to get on/off the freeway. While the smell was not strong, we ended up in a smoking room. The location of this hotel was easy to get on/off the freeway. In spite of the hotel being close to an airport, I will be honest in that we never heard one airplane. This may have something to do with the fact that we were not on the airport side of the building. The room was nice, although it was a smoking room. We were not offered a choice of smoking/non-smoking. The odor of was not strong, yet you could smell it a little bit and we could smell it much more strongly on our clothes the next morning. All in all, the amenities were ok, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent (waffles that you could make on a waffle iron, scrambled eggs, sausage and various cold breakfast items like cereal, yogurt, etc.).

The staff was friendly. The rooms were dated and the beds uncomfortable. Although the hotel was only used to rest our heads prior to an early flight, I was thinking the Amerisuites of Milwaukee would have had more shine, luster. Amerisuites just appeared to be run down and older. The beds were uncomfortable and need upgrading.

Room was very nice. Hotel staff refused to help out with parking, had to park on the side street and risk possible parking violation! Location was very good and hotel was clean. The staff allowed cars to take up multiple parking spaces and refused to make the owners move into a single space, this forced me to have to park along the side of the hotel in the street and possibly acquire a parking violation. I had to get up early and move my car after there were some open spaces. I feel the staff should have made the car owners move their cars into a single space!
