Clean, great pool, comfortable......not too great on breakfast.....could order hot breakfast and did but not very good. You could see alot of others leave for breakfast outside hotel....felt likewise.

The hotel rooms are very nicely laid out. It was much more roomy than many other double rooms we have stayed in. There is a large HD flat screen TV, and a large sectional couch. You can swivel the TV to view from bed or the sitting area. There is also a desk area and bar area. We were there only one night, and we did not spend that much time at the hotel. But we all appreciated the spaciousness.

Staff was very helpful. Pool was unavailable. Just as we were checking in, there was some severe weather moving in. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Let me know what county we were in so we could keep an eye on the weather warnings.

The staff was beyond nice. They went out of thier way to help. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. I had never stayed in a Hyatt prior to this trip, but now its the first hotel i look for.

Location was convenient to airport, downtown, track. Pool was closed. Overall, the hotel met expectations. However, the hotel advertised pool was open in May, when in fact, it was closed. No notice was given, even at check-in, and no compensation was offered.

My family and I truly enjoyed our short stay. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The concierge directed us to the express check-in kiosks which made it quick to get our room keys and check in. The beds float you to sleep and LOTS of fluffy pillows! ahhhh. Kids loved the flat screen TV. Outdoor pool was small but nice--we didn't get the chance to use it. Workout facility was nice with cable TV ON the treadmills. Breakfast was a pleasant experience--REAL plates and food was constantly restocked and area kept spotlessly clean during the rush. When our tub didn't drain properly, it was fixed by the time we returned that afternoon. Staff was very friendly and always helpful--one guy filled our ice bucket, got our drain fixed, then we saw him helping at breakfast and THEN when we were leaving he was the van driver for the taxi to the airport! WOW! We cannot wait to come back and stay again--this time even longer! Definitely the best value for our money!

Overall a nice place. Rooms were decorated very well and the bed was nice and comfortable. Staff was only average and I thought it had an indoor pool but that was my fault for not noticing that it did not.

For a short business stay revolving around an event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean, neat and spacious (for me as a solo traveler), making my trip a little more comfortable overall.

"If you want an AWESOME night stay with a decent price. Well, Hyatt has out done themselves. This place was totally redone and it was way worth the money. We enjoyed the awesome flat-screen T.V. and the extra-nice mattresses and extra pillows. And then, just when you think it is over, breakfast is served. The hostess in the dining area was sweet and kept everything stocked so, everyone could have a nice hot meal. I will stay here again and again it doesn't get any better than this!!!"

Nice clean and comfortable room. Big screen HD TV. We were in town for the weekend, going to a commencement ceremony in Bloomington. Downtown Indy is only a short drive away and the rate was great. The only downfall was that the pool was not open yet, doesn't open til June.

"The hotel is undergoing reservations, but the rooms are absolutely gorgeous with 42 inch Hidef tvs! The service is wonderful with a free shuttle! They have a breakfast buffet in the mornings. This place was amazing!"

"The room was not clean when I arrived. The 5th floor smelled of urine. I was gone all day, came back at 5 pm and the room had not been clean. Had to take out my own trash (carry-out food from day before) The carpet was so nasty your feet felt like they would stick to it. Had to set at dirty table every morning for breakfast. Filthyist place I have ever stayed."
