We just stayed overnight, and got a shuttle to the airport in Charlotte. It was great to be able to leave my car in the parking lot for a week for free. That was worth the price of the hotel for one night!

We loved this place! I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Charlotte. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, very clean, extraordinarily comfy bed and quiet rooms.

We were presently surprised with the modern decor throughout the hotel. It made the hotel feel warm and inviting. The walls were well insulated. We didn't hear any noise from our neighbors. To sum it up, we had a relaxing time in a very clean, comfortable establishment. Also, the large TV was a great touch. We look forward to visiting again!

Everything was great! Especially the rooms with the provided HDTV 42'. Also, the fact that you could dine in at the hotel restaurant to eat 24 hours. None. It was a great experience. Nice, quiet, and pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location near airport. Rooms clean and comfortable. Walls too thin. Could hear neighbors

Beautiful contemporary design. Only cafe dining facility, no restaurant.

booked hotel for three 17 year olds practicing for a modeling/fashion show. The girls loved it...room was wonderful...extremely clean--they loved wide screen television, fridge and the beds. Excellent value and wonderful decor. Staff was extremely nice. There was a family reunion going on--lots of people checking in---staff members were extremely efficient & helpful to everyone.

The rooms were fantastic, large and comfortable. No jacuzzi, pool not opened until after we checked in (closed first few days).

The room was spacious and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing. I guess they just remodeled, and even the soap dishes looked neat. The 40+ inch LCD television was magnificent. The room had a large couch with a pull-out bed and ottoman, a mini fridge, and a desk. This hotel was very comfortable, and I would stay there again in a heart beat. There was free wireless internet, but I didn't have a chance to try it out. I didn't have a chance to use the pool or fitness room either, but the fitness room looked decent. It had several elliptical machines and treadmills and was stocked with towels. There was also a restaurant that served a variety of foods and beverages 24 hours/day.

Our hotel stay was very excellent. The service was great. even if we did just stay over night, we could see that the hotel was very well taken care of. The only complaint we had was the restaurant there was a little pricey.

Very clean and easy to get to. Everything was perfect. This hotel was great, very clean, the exercise room was open 24 hours a day. Everything was awesome. I will stay there the next time I'm in Charlotte.

When I booked this room from Canada I was told we could use the shuttle to get to the light rail station. They said they couldn't help us. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere as we were going to a convention downtown. The majority of the staff were unfriendly and it seemed like we were putting them out. Finally, the tub and bathroom floor had small hairs throughout. So many in the tub I wouldn't use the shower!! They left the toilet paper almost empty after with no refills. Never Again!

Ambiance. Free Wi-Fi. Dirty. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 am tired and dragging a 10 month old, six year old and 8 year old. We were promptly given access to our room. I was relieved as could be until I turned back the sheets to reveal what - hair! Horrified I go down and ask the concierge for another room. He apologized profusely and gave me another room. Go to the next room and horror of horrors - grease spots from someone's nasty head on the pillows. So, I then go back down and ask for a room on another floor and guess what this room is small. I knew that since I had a 10 month old space would be a commodity so I politely went down and asked for new sheets and changed the bedding on the original bed myself. Also, no microwave in my room. The toilet seat was broken on the toilet and there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. I went down for their continental breakfast which consisted of lukewarm apple juice and various carbs. I asked one of the hotel staff for a highchair for my child. She says no problem then proceeded to have a 15 minute conversation with her co-worker while I struggled to hold my squirming son. I have to say that I have traveled a lot on business and pleasure and this was probably the worst spot that I have stayed at in terms of cleanliness and family friendliness.

Great location near Charlottle Airport, but far enough away to avoid aircraft noise.

The rooms had a studio apartment feel and we were able to have separate space from the kids. No playground. This hotel is great! It's like studio apartment living we had a blast and the kids really enjoyed it.

I stayed at both Hyatt airport properties and was very pleased. The only negative point on the Tyvola location was that I had requested a non-smoking room, and although there was a sign in the room stating that smoking was not allowed...the room smelled quite strongly of smoke. I would book both locations again and refer them to friends.

Environment and overall of hotel. Generally, this is nice hotel for travelers and business trip. I like the environment around the hotel, it is pretty quiet if there is no airplane down or up.

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. I was there to visit my daughter and grand children who only lived few wiles away. It was too bad that the pool was not opened yet.

Clean room with nice bed. Weak breakfast. It was pretty good. I generally like Hyatt Places. I especially like the flat screen TV. They really need to improve the fitness area though.
