Arrived at midnight due to flight delays to discover that they had given my room away and I had to move to a different hotel of THEIR choosing. Never again.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better room! There was so much space it made the stay so pleasant. Especially since I have a toddler who loves to run around. I would definetely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Folks...I did a cross-country road trip...with kids. So that means I need some pretty godo rest at my stops. I ahd my laptop with me where I went online and grabbed a hotel as soon as I knew where I deicided to stay. By the time I got to Albuquerque, I wanted a nice stay but for an acceptab le price. I usually stay at Quality Inn or someplace OK like that for the cost. I went on Travel website and found the Hyatt Place for 15 more...well worth it. Great room, large giant size TV, swimming pool and the guys down at the front desk were awesome. It was late and we wanted to grab some food so the guy at the front desk went to the kitchen and fixed us a few sandwiches to tie us over for the night. It was so clean everywhere. If you're looking to spend a little bit more, then this is it. The regular price for this room I saw was twice as much than what i paid through Travel website. The only hard part about this was that it's not easy to get to. Had to drive around a few times to figure out where to get access to the Hyatt as there are three other hotels right there nearby as well.

Great staff. Easy location if you have a car. Wonderful room. They do not have a traditional diningroom. They have a breakfast room and there options for ordering a full breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and opted to return on our way back through. Girls loved the pool.

I actually liked everything about this hotel. I wasn't sure what to think when I first bid and got the hotel. But when I saw the hotel & went in the room we stayed in I thought it was great. I would stay there again.

The hotel is visible from the freeway, but hard to reach. Get very specific directions or use GPS to find this hotel. Staff said that the airport will not allow them to post directional signs. Hyatt Place is a good concept. Great bed, sofa, refrigerator big t.v. but few channels available. Room appeared new and was very comfortable. A good breakfast selection. Gallery has wine and beer posted for sale, but staff said that the city has not issued a liquor license. They've been waiting for more than a year for an existing license to be relinquished. Had to drive several miles to a seedy local store for a bottle of wine.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was chic and modern. Very young feel. Breakfast was great compared to other hotels. The restroom was ok but can still be improved and cleaned better.

We really liked this hotel. It is fairly new and sits right off of I-25 by the airport. We liked the convenience and space of the suite and the pull out couch added extra comfort for the kids. Having breakfast each morning saved us plenty of dough as did the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and service prompt. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was poor. Fruits were not so fresh and tasted bad. Bagels and breads were OK, but not so impressed. The location was close to the airport, but it was a little difficult to figure out how we could go to the hotel since high way was close to the hotel and no information was available from the main street.

The beds were a bit bouncy and aged, but i slept pretty good! The heater was not on and i didnt know it. i put it on medium heat and i froze! It was a late night and so it was too late to do anything about it. The space is nice and it has a refigerator and desk- I am overall happy and will return!

The room was great, TV was awesome! Very, very relaxing when we returned to rest from our day. I like the sink area was separate from the bathroom, the large sink was good. The location was good, away from the traffic and noise. Very close to the freeway and downtown was a few minutes away. Very clean rooms and hotel. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a very nice hotel nearly on airport grounds. The room was large and had a very nice 50" flat screen TV with excellent cable, automated services, etc. The room was divided into a sitting area, a bedroom, and a bath giving it the feel of a suite.
