Staff very helpful, courteous. Nothing! Shuttle service from O'Hare airport is very convenient. Food and service in restaurant was surprise lying excellent! Front desk staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Would stay again if in the area.

This Hyatt is a very nice hotel - especially considering that so many hotels in this area that offer higher levels of service cost more and charge for parking. This hotel has the higher-end service and does not charge for parking. The rooms, although somewhat on the small side, are perfectly fine. They were clean and well decorated. This was our second stay on our annual drive to Wisconsin. This hotel is within walking distance of the CTA and as such gives easy access to downtown - where all the fun is anyway. If you are flying this is a nice place too as it is close to Ohare. It is a quiet hotel as well. The dining set up is in two categories. There is a full service dining room. Skip it. Go into the downtown area. Chicago is loaded with great restaurants and easy access to the CTAa will get you there quickly if you don't want to drive - but seriously... leave the car and don't burden yourself with having to find a parking place downtown - take the CTA... you'll thank yourself. There is a quick-service dining area that is great for coffee and pastries, fruit, cereal and that kind of thing for breakfast. Unless you have a nice breakfast scheduled as part of your day, that is a good option. This hotel is right off the Tri-State tollway (I-294) that links the norning Indiana area, Chicago and Wisconsin. For ease of getting out of town and going on, this is a great location too.

The internet fee must be part of the room price package. Continental breakfast must be too.

Comfortable, clean rooms. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and a good price considering the location. The bathroom was clean, and rooms were updated. The restaurant on the first floor has a great breakfast, and good staff. I will go here again if in the area.

Staff VERY friendly! Room was clean. Had a good, 10 Cobb salad for lunch. The staff delivered extra towels quickly. They have a nice patio & they didn't mind when we ordered pizzas and played cards. I was disappointed when I found out there was no pool. I was a little miffed when I found out that they charge you to use the Internet... free for 15 minutes, then 5 for each additional 15 minutes! Yikes!

Room was very clean and comfortable. My husband had their breakfast and said it was very good. The only thing that would have made it better was the air conditioner didn't seem to cool very quickly.

Worst hotel I've stayed at for a long time.Could not call front desk - had to personnally go there. No ice machine on second floor had to go to any other floor but mine to get ice-ridiculous!Soda machine didn't work.Found this hotel to be a 1 star hotel at best. Your rating system for hotels needs to be scrutinized--would never trust a rating from your site again....no pool either....baaaad

Nice amenities. No pool. Exceeded my expectations, especially for the price! the linens were the best that I've ever slept and the bed was the most comfortable besides home.

The hotel is located about 1 mile from the train station and once at the train station it is about a 45 min ride to downtown Chicago. This will only cost you $3 for a round trip/person. However if you want to get a cab to downtown Chicago it will be about $45-$50. They provide a free shuttle to the airport and to another Hyatt down the road (which is right next to the train station). The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel is generally quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is decent food at the hotel. There is no free internet access it costs $10 for 24 hours.

To be a Hyatt is a little bit poor. It's very far from all the places, you need to spend too much money in gasoline or in transportation, you need rent a car, and it's expensive. This hotel, it's a Hyatt, but it doesn't look like, the room is OK but it's not a really good room for this category of hotel. It's very far from all the places, you need rent a car to go to any place or taxi, and is too expensive. I don't recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately it was raining, but the Hyatt did help much we got on the Shuttle that said Rosemount, but they forgot to tellus there are two Hyatt's we got off and the wrong one along with to other travelers only to find out we are at the wrong one. Back into the rain and another 10 minutes. Once we got there becuase of the rain we are captured, the food was small portions and overly expenseive. All in all not a good night. Should have stayed at the Hilton, would have cost us the same after the inconviences

Staff was very friendly, located close to train station, comfortable beds. There wasn't much to do around the hotel. Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly and very helpfull. Bar was nice but a bit pricey as was the food.

We stayed only for one night, therefore, we didn't do much at the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful.

The location practically in the airport and 30 mins from downtown walkable distance from train there. You had to pay for WIFI. Hotel was according to expectation. Staff was multilingual/multinational, very nice, capable and helpful. Location was the best, it was less than 10 mins from airport in their shuttle, and you could literally walk (there are side walks) to the train that takes you downtown (blue line), the train took 30 mins to downtown. Didn't like that I had to pay 10 bucks for Internet, in this world that can no longer be considered added value but a must have.

from checking in late to checking out early, we felt well cared for by the excellent staff, and had a great quiet rest the one night we had to be over. this was definately one of the best hotels we've stayed at...simple, elegant, clean, plush bed & pillows, quiet room, and great restaurant with fast service to have a great meal before our event we were attending. this hotel will absolutely be visited again! we used ORBITZ and saved on our reservation!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Parking deck not connected to hotel-it was raining out, so we were pretty wet by the time we got car unpacked/very small awning. The room was clean and spacious (the bathroom, though was tiny), the bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Despite being on the outskirts of the airport we could not hear the airplanes inside our room (nice). My only complaint was the issue of the parking deck not being connected to the hotel; when we arrived it was raining/sleeting out and so by the time we got our kids and bags from the car-we were all pretty wet. The awning, I thought, was very small and didn't really help much. I would definitely stay at/recommend this hotel.
