Location. This hotel definitively met our exceptions! The service, comfort and location of the Hyatt in Louisville, KY was excellent! Thank you.

My mom and I stayed here when in town for Antiques Roadshow at the Convention Center. You must pay for parking and it is $* a night or $* for valet. If the lot is full, you'll have to pay the valet fee! We got into our room late, and the carpeting seemed like it had been shampooed and was still wet. Also, it was a "non smoking" room however, there were cigarette burns in the carpeting. The walk-way from the parking garage is not at all safe and sort of scary walking by myself after dropping my mom off with luggage at lobby. Upon pulling up to the lobby drop off, prior to parking, my mom was startled by a "street person" knocking on our window with stuff to "sell". I shooed him off and went to park...which in turn didn't make me feel very safe in that area. On Sunday, we attempted (at 5:45 a.m.) to get a cart to bring up and load ourselves, however the gentleman at the counter kept making excuses that "they didn' t have one available" "the wedding party had them all ", etc. but he did say, "I can send someone up to your room with one" So, I returned to my room, called the desk, and miraculously one appeared, with a worker rushing us. Of course, I'm sure this is a union hotel and they must load and unload your luggage! Plus, walking through the walkway early in the morning smelled like someone had used it for a bathroom!!! Awful!

Comfy bed. No free wi-fi. I thought it was very expensive for what it was. The quality did not match the price.

Great location to 4th Street Live. Walked right from the bars/pubs to the hotel room. Beautiful clean room. Views of the river and part of the city were very nice. We will definitely be back at this hotel!

Lobby needs upgrading - all rooms face the lobby. This hotel has great rooms - really great decor and comfy beds. Lots of space. Great view if you're on a higher floor. No need to valet park or self-park in garage - just find parking on the street - free from 3p-7am. You do pay for wireless as you always do in these larger hotels. Lobby is nothing impressive - needs a serious upgrade. Located near freeway access and 4th Street.

"The layout of this hotel is horrible for anything but a conference and even then there will be problems if everyone arrives together. They booked 2 conferences at once and there was a herd waiting for 3 very slow elevators. The parking, fitness room, and pool are all difficult to get to. Room views are all of brick building walls. Rooms were mediocre. The cafe had quite good food though. Overall not suitable for families or leisure travelers."

The hotel room, staff, and location were ideal. No refrigerator available in room, no restaurant open because of Memorial Day. The hotel room was very clean and updated. My only negative review was the parking situation.

The Hyatt beds and pillows were very comfortable! There is not anything to not like about this Hyatt. Excellent hotel, service, and location in downtown Louisville. Hotel self-parking is convenient and reasonably priced.

The hotel was a great deal! It was clean & just what we were looking for.

Very comfortable renovated room. Paid parking, paid Internet per PC should be complimentary, if you sneeze they charge you extra! The lobby was atrium style have seen atrium's that are very nice, trees, greenery, fountains etc. Their atrium and lobby was rather sterile and drab but clean and well kept nonetheless. The room itself was really nice and tastefully furnished, very up to date, if a bit dark. Named a good price on Priceline, however they charge you for everything, internet was $10 per computer and we both had laptops, parking was $10, they had liters of bottled water in the room $4.50 if you opened it maybe it's their way of letting you know they approved of corporal punishment as I could see a child getting beaten for opening the over priced water. Although it was nice and near everything next time I stay in downtown Louisville think I will just book a room at Hampton for the going rate and have it over with, free parking, internet, breakfast, and drinks during the evening, and a room every bit as comfortable. Whats the point of a good rate if you have to pay for everything that should be complimentary.

Bedding was great. Hallway arrangement, lack of vending. The room was modern and well done, but the hotel was not as nice as I thought it would be. The doors all face the outside center and it had a motel feel.

Service. Second time staying at this hotel through Priceline. Decided to pay the hotel extra and upgrade to a larger room. Very nice.

Location and room size for price paid. No internet service in rooms or public spaces. This was a very good location and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size and we had a very nice view.

Location. Close to Panera for free WiFi and breakfast. Somewhat dated lobby. Small pool. Noisy fan in room. Parking feels sketchy, but we've never had any problems.

Great views, very nice, excellent room service. Pool was too small, food was quite expensive, but good. Beautiful hotel, very classy. Impressive lobby. Great downtown location. Would definitely stay there again!
