Airport shuttle never picked us up. We called twice but no one was capable of resolving the issue

The location was perfect and the room was very nice. I have no complaints. This was a gorgeous hotel and very convenient location. It also had a very nice shuttle service to the airport/subway which was perfect.

The staff at this hotel were unbelievable! They were friendly, helpful and very informative. I would definitely stay there again when we visit Boston. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a hotel staff, as I did when I was there last November. Their shuttle service never tired of running me back and forth to the train at the airport. Thanks to all!

If you want a hotel with a lot of attractions and shops near by this is not the one. There is pretty much nothing to do when you step out of the hotel except jog or walk on the scenic path of the city. True the hotel is located right across from everything in downtown boston so there are pretty good views of the city. But there are more dislikes than likes of this hotel for me and my friend. The pool is so tiny its probably a 20ft Width X a 5ft length the deepest is 4ft we didnt even bother trying to swim in that thing it. The lady at the front desk was also not very helpful on the phone. She was quite rude and impatient to us when we needed help getting to the hotel. However she was the only out of the many helpful and kind staff that was unpleasant. To sum it all up -Room not spacious even though we had the promo room. -No free breakfast, per person -literally right next to a airport If we could do it again we would have tried to find other hotels accessible to the T. This hotel offers free shuttle to T and sometimes you wont have to wait. the longest wait is 10 min for a shuttle.

Hotel is convenient to Logan Airport. Returned car to Budget rental - less than one mile away. Attendant said - call hotel for pickup. The hotel declined. Budget supervisor put bags in his car, and drove us to hotel. Kudos to Budget, Bah to Hotel. All else was fine.

Great views, nice room, nice staff, close to airport.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, however, once inside you have to figure out where the lobby is lcoated as the concierge sits right there. I had a problem upon entering the hotel, the doorman didn't open the door or offered any help. The front desk was somewhat friendlier. After struggling with our bags, the front desk gentleman did ask "did we need valet." After dragging your gabs across the lobby, the elevators was a stone throw away, so we replied "no." I reported the incident to the manager on staff and her reply "what would you like me to do." I felt she was very condesending and did not offer any other help. I wrote a letter to the general manager - I did get a response and he stated he would get back to me soon. My visit was superbowl weekend (1/31 - 2/1) and I'm still waiting for a final response. The hotel is extremely expensive and having your guest pay $38/daily for valet is quite ridiculous. Vending is expensive $2.50 for a bottle soda. My overall experience was not pleasant, not even at the coffee shop (Starbucks) everyone seems so uptight. I'm from Maryland and is accustomed to superior customer service but did not get that from the Hilton. If you are looking for something to do, there is nothing around, you will need a vehicle or you are forced to eat in. Not convenient to anything. I would definitely not recommend to family or friends based on the treatment received.

Stayed here before a friend left for a flight. Room and view were unbelievable! Would recommend for a stay before a flight.

We arrived by water taxi from Boston - the hotel is right there. Our room overlooked the airport - and we did not hear one jet taking off. The treatment of the window precluded any light sneaking in - a definite plus. Hotel was clean, and just a little tired.

One of the perks offered to guests is the FREE Hotel shuttle pick-up from the airport (& vice versa on flight out). Check-in was fast, the Front Desk staff very cordial. The hotel's harbor view of the Boston skyline is something to marvel at and enjoy specially at night. Rooms facing the harbor and the city comes with an added premium but the hotel grounds/patio is more than enough for hours of soaking in that view. Right outside the hotel is a walking path/jogging trail right by the harbor. Upon check-in, one negative was one of the drinking glass still had lipstick mark. Except for that dirty glass, we never had any complaints of the saisme nature and in fact, room clean-up was perfectly timed when we had left our room which, I have to add is also commendable. Restaurant/room service staff and shuttle drivers' service is exceptional! We felt special yet feeling "at home" at the same time. Overall, it's a 9 out of 10 and the only reason it's not a perfect 10 is it's location. Being farther from the city, we had to miss out on just going out and walk around downtown Boston which is a train ride or a water taxi ride away. However, the hotel's 24-hr shuttle also conveniently brings and picks up guests from the hotel to the Blue T station (train/subway).

The free shuttle service from the airport and back and forth to the T line (subway) was great. Also, the view of the Boston skyline from across the water is spectacular.

Luxury, clean, posh. Expensive person in front of me bought cigarettes $12.00. Loved it would go again, and would recommend it to all of my friends.

Our stay at Hyatt Harborside was very nice. All staff were courteous and went out of their way to be helpful - even to the point of arranging outdoor furniture and assisting with family photos. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and QUIET. Room service was excellent. Very convenient for taking the water taxi into Boston. Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and helpful. We will look forward to returning to this hotel on our next stay in Boston.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and the shuttle drivers were awesome, They gave us info about the hotel as soon as they picked us up from the airport, They gave us dirrections when dropping us off at the T. The rooms were good sized, not big, but not at all small and the beds are very comfortableGreat Stay, Great Staff, Great Price. I would

The Hyatt Harborside was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the harbor and the Boston skyline - on one side. There were no choices of places to eat except at the hotel. Transportation was easy with the provided shuttle and the nearby subway. Also there is a water taxi right there by the hotel. The airport noise was not a problem even being so close. It is realy a lovely hotel and Boston is a wonderful city!

The location was excellent and the views of the harbor were outstanding. Concierge was not as helpful as some I have experienced. This hotel was so outstanding I would go back to Boston just to stay in the Hyatt again. It was a great experience for my wife and myself.

Nice Hotel, staff was great, shuttle service took you everywhere you needed to go and picked you up. Very Clean atmosphere. Felt the restraunt was a bit exessive on price but i guess that can be expected at a Hyatt, and i kinda was uneasy about people in the dining room being able to see me in the pool.

This used to be a great on-airport property with a good location overlooking the harbor and downtown Boston. However, it is beginning to show its age and should be upgraded to normal Hyatt standards. Still the location is fabulous and the soundproofing in the rooms is vastly superior. Remember... this is an airport hotel, after all and the inside of Hyatt is almost completely quiet. The nice park along the harbor shoreline just outside the hotel bar is an added attraction.
