Gorgeous lobby with a comfortable bed. The web TV system. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you are attending a convention or flying out of Dulles Airport. The staff is courteous and the rooms are very comfortable and attractive.

Was an amazing experience. The room was like a mini apt, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the mini kitchen was equiped with everything! Loved it, miss it, definitely would go back there again.

I mainly chose to hotel due to it great location. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. the staff are friendly. Some of the rooms are not great though.

Nothing. Room was basic & food was pathetic. If you have no other choice & need a place to sleep for the night this may be a good bet; don't even bother to order & have food in their restaurants.

Everything was just cozy ! I took my to tour the D.C area for A belated Mother's day gift.She loved the hotel and so did I . We took the shuttle back to Dulles airport then caught the 5a bus to the rossalyn station The transit took us to federal triangle and that's when the tour began . The hotel room was very spacious very contemporary modern and the koi pond in the lobby was very attractive. The hotel is kind of tucked away from busy areas which is nice . I like a more reserved setting. I would most definitely stay at Hyatt Dulles on my next trip to Washington d.c. One more thing this hotel has state of the art excercise equipment . The epplipticals and treadmills have television on them.

Useful location for travelers who rent a car from Dallas International Airport. You can easily access to 495 and other main roads as well. But I had to use toll road every time I came back from Washington DC area. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, inviting lobby & lounge, beautiful grounds. Parking was a little strange, but not inconvenient. This hotel room was amazingly beautiful! Well worth the money and more!

This wa a belated Mother's day trip My mom wanted to tour the capital area in D.C.. We were very impressed with the layout of the room . Very contemporary decor' ,very attractive view from the room , lovely and well renovated lobby and bar with a very attractive koi pond in the middle. We sat and talked in the lobby for a couple of hours because it was extremely comfortable and inviting. I slept like a charm in the bed, never slept better, mom agreed.The pool area was soothing and I also liked the fact that the treadmills and epliptical machines had television screens on them............very nice!!!!

Location, clean, registration, friendly, all discribe the stay and the aminities. Lacked some place easy to get a quick sandwich or snack late at night. I would absolutely stay at this location again when visiting family and Washington, DC. The staff was friendly and effecient at check in and out, the rooms were above our expectations. The grounds and the atmosphere (despite some crime scene incident) were very pleasant.

quiet, spacious room, although a bathroom fan would help...superb staff-friendly, responsive & efficient...pool is closed from 10a-5p on weekdays...very nice in-house fitness center...breakfast buffet is OK...complimentary billiards in lobby lounge a nice touch...a well-run property

The level of service was horrible. There were some nice staff but others were horrendous. We needed a wine cork and the bartender (at the bar IN THE HOTEL) said that they didn't have any. I don't wanna make any grand assumptions but I believe they aren't used to seeing people like me in their fantsy hotel. i suppose they don't think young black women should be able to afford such accomodations.

The hotel was attractive, clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. No free breakfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable attractive and very nice. Loved the pull out sofas.

The rooms looked great in the tour on the website, so we choosed it. However, the real room made us really disappoint...Small and bad smelled room, small rest room, old bathtub, small pool...I don't quiet understand how it can get 4 stars. As its low price, it is ok, but we will never come back again.

Garden area. Lack of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful room and view. Quiet.
