A 2 minute walk from the Metro and centrally located next to a major shopping centre, this hotel is convenient for both business and leisure. Rooms are comfortable, clean and serviced twice a day. Excellent customer service, fantasic gym and pool facilities and breakfast buffet seemed to include every type of breakfast food imaginable. A very pleasant stay.

Easy access to Metro. It was great to have a department store next door!

Location, room size, great city views. Charged credit card US dollars, rather than Euros (consequently higher exchange rate). Great location. Clean. Attentive staff. Good size rooms, nice bathrooms.

Hotel not to far away from center.gym and swimming pool overcrowded as open to the public.

The hotel is much more attractive than it looks from the pictures provided. It is well appointed, with has a beautiful outdoor dining terrace for dining, and a 24 hr. cafe A large glassed in shower, roomy bedrooms with 2 desks for a working couple. The location is perfect- one block from metro, in a very fashionable shopping area, a Catholic church across the street. Gourmet markets with pastry, cheeses, wine and chocolate next door.

The Hotel is conveniently located right next to the Arguelles metro station. This makes it very easy to access any part o Madrid via the Metro. There are also great shopping and sights within easy walking distance close by.The Hotel staff were very friendly, we stayed on for a further 2 nights nd they were very accomodating, rolling on the discounted price for the first 2 nights booked. Not sure how the Hotel stars are graded in Madrid, but In my opinion I'd rate it 4 at the most. However, apparently there are better rooms and suites available.I'd have no problem recommending this hotel.

Very near shopping malls, staff was curtious and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and hotel amenitites were excellent. recommend it.

Very, very disappointing! We have no idea how this can be considered to be a 5 star hotel. Extremely tired and jaded, threadbare towels (albeit with a logo!) and 25 Euros per person for breakfast.
Date of Stay:
May, 2006
Right in the middle of Madrid. Huge rooms by European standards. The front desk people speak fluent English.
