The worst service ever. Staff are so rude they should be on a market stall! Rooms had torn sheets, dirty carpets, heating didn't work and it took 3 phone calls and 4 hours to get an extra blanket. Need to wait an hour for a taxi. Not recommended at all and for me, never again!

More hot drinks should be on offerWe got to the hotel at midnight and could not obtain a hot drink we did ask at reception to be told everything was closed, if tea/coffee was in the room we caould have got one but this was not an option either. I also asked for an extra pillow at reception the next morning, the receptionist called to ask but there was not one in the room when we got back at night. Overall customer service could be better!!

Fine hotel in almost every way. The location is not central, but still satisfactory. The only small problem was that [...] offered a free hotel upgrade that the hotel itself was unaware of, but they honored it when presented with the reservation printout.In general, highly recommended.

Nice hotel, but avoid a room next to the lifts, it's very noisy at night ! The room was spacious, same for bathroom, with tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Only critisism, we needed an extra bath towel and it took 24hrs and 3 requests at the desk to obtain it.

A real find.Close to the Brussels North railway station, so an ideal place for getting to/from the airport, or travelling by train to Holland or Luxembourg - all these trains pass through this station.It's a short metro ride into the centre of Brussels too.Only just opened so easy to get into and very good value.

Hotel was lovely, only down side was no tea/coffe facilities in the room, Room was spacious and clean, We had food in the bar which was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very good overall, especially with respect to cleanliness, bright airy rooms and brand new furniture. However, city tax of 5eur and breakfast 20eur are usually not included in the price.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, quiet location. The only suggestion for the hotel manager is to try to include the Internet service and the access to the fitness room free of charge.

The Hotel room had no clock/alarm I booked a wake up call which did not happen, by sheer luck I woke up in time. The room was rather clinical in feel and the bathroom had mold around shower. Then the taxi I arranged for with the reception was not booked or did not appear. The taxi booking system was a mess in the morning and in the end toally frustrated I just flagged a taxi myself. Only one small bar area open for meal at night and this had limited seating. No one explained the food options and food when it came was pritty average to say the least.
