Hulmes Court is a lovely B&B in Dunedin. The staff are very helpful and Norman the owner is very interesting to talk with. We loved our room looking over the garden and it was only a short walk into downtown Dunedin.

The attraction of Hulmes Ct is its olde world charm within a short walk downhill to the city centre. A good Continental breakfast.
