Good comfortable accommodation with friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome and the food was great. Enjoyed the vineyards and the complex so close to town and the falls the walks were refreshing. Beautiful time will book next year.

We were delighted with Huka Falls Resort. Everything was just perfect. Restaurant was extremely good and well priced. We will definitely return. Rates to Go certainly is the way to go.

We had great service at this hotel - the receptionist was very personable. The room was compact, but very clean.

Kitchen utensils weren't completely supplied ie three of us stayed and the supplied one dinner knife an one butter knife. Microwave would have been good but in the end not essential. Loved everything else and would still go back again.

No sky TV. Given that units are ideal for children more play equipment would be good. Overall very pleasant.

it was very good value but it could have done with more blankets and I did not feel that the door was very secure. I could not tell if it was locked from the inside. A bolt would have been reassuring.

Very happy with the accommodation, unfortunately for us there was an All Blacks / Australia test on the Saturday night, and Huka Falls Resort doesn't have Sky TV. Not hugely important in the great scheme of things, but we were surprised. Very happy with everything else about the complex though.

Toilet in room had been used before I arrived - wasn't sealed. Was only there at night so didn't see or use any of the facilities except for the restaurant which was pleasant but perhaps a little pricey for what it was. Hotel staff very accommodating. Resort was located out of town and I had specified in my search for a hotel in town. Cost was okay but know that I could have stayed somewhere 5 star, in town, and only paid a little more.

Wonderful place to stay if you have children. Each chalet is stand alone surrounded by grassy areas for them to play.
