My family loved the location and solitude of the beach. The hotel rooms were average. It's close to many resturants. We thought there was a continential breakfast available, but that didn't happen. The staff was OK. Some were great and others were not. It depended on the day. All things being said, we would go back, but mostly for the location.

Location, our third time there. Incident, fire alarm went off, had to leave the room at 5 am. Asked to delay my check out for two hours, was briskly told I'd have to pay a half a day. At check out, told I felt like needing to let them know of my disappointment. It was to another person, who then tried to tell me I could have stayed longer. Too bad, it was my birthday commemoration, my young adult children live close by and I wanted to enjoy the beach so close to my hotel room since one hour was spent outside, and besides, the alarm went off two more times at 6 and 6 15. We had enjoyed the evening and were at our deepest sleep when we ran outside. I think h.j. policy needs to be flexible, lot's of people already know about it, it's no good for the hotel.

Had a great stay, good location ,would stay again. Rooms were nice.

Staff and accommodations was excellent except for extra fees. Parking is 10 per day(mandatory as there is no unmetered on street parking), refrigerator in the room is 5 per day and the safe is automatically charged 1 per day unless you request its removal. The business center, however, is free--nice if you're there on business.

The entire experience was great. Hotel staff was there for our every need. Patio Bar is a very good restaurant and the service is great. Front desk staff extremely helpful. A little pricey, but you can't beat the location.30 second walk to the very clean beach. Plenty of good places to wine and dine or just have a light lunch.

Stayed here 3 nights. Terrific location. Staff could be more courteous although X and Y were fantastic. Rooms are standard and don't expect anything more than 2-3 star quality. Location is prime and Deerfield Beach is terrific. Would definitely visit again.

the only problem i really had was, my flight left at 5:30 pm. and check out was at noon. i asked if it was possible to extend my check-out time till around 3;00 and was told it would be another $40.00 till 4;00 pm. it seemed to me since i checked in about 12 hours later then my original time, that they could have been a little more accoumidating.

It was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever sleep on. Parking lot wasen't safe, no security and very dark. One of the Restaurants the glass of wine and the utenciles were dirty.

The hotel is right on the cleanest beach in Broward County. A rental car is a must! Great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and courteous staff. Parking is 6 per day. Good coolout spot. I traveled alone and was very safe! Building, pool, rooms etc. were very clean, beds were good for some good sleep. Will definately stay again. Great diversity of staff as well and community.

best location in Deerfield Beach! Beautiful beach, lots of sea shells. Be prepared to pay 5 per lawn chair at beach and extra for parking. Rooms pretty basic. We did have a small fridge and micro which was convenient for left overs. Would definately stay there again.

My friend and I had booked this trip well in advance, so we were pretty hyped. This hotel was everything we hoped it would be, and more. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance, so if you don't want to drive, thats OK. Good restaurants very close also. Be sure to get the ocean view room! our room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were RIGHT ON the beach. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the hotel needs private parking. We paid a fee everyday for that. If you're looking for a place to have a wonderful time, this is it! We relaxed on the beach on some days, shopped our little hearts out on others, and did a lot of sightseeing also. We have been to this hotel on two seperate occasions, and plan to do it again soon. Maybe I'll even bring my husband this time!
