Didn´t like the breaksfast.

I liked the view from our hotel room and the location. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, breakfast buffet was good; staff was friendly and understood English. The only downside when we first arrived was that our room smelled musty and the carpet near the sink was damp possibly from a leak. The hotel quickly got us into a better room with an awesome view of the city. Other than that we loved the hotel and plan on staying there in the future.

Hotel seems to be stuck in the 60's. Toilet, sink, and shower were not working. Room smelled like mildew, and water poured down from the above floor while my father was brushing his teeth. Kid you not it seemed like a fountain, to the point my father showered again. The hotel changed us rooms, and again the toilet and shower did not work. The sink was clogged up. Parking was horrible, and the sheets were ewwwwww I can't even describe. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Made our vacation very stressful

Downtown location and inclusive breakfast buffet and security. I enjoy staying here because it is located walking distance from several points of interests and the fact that breakfast in included in the cost of the room.

There was two people there a girl and a guy, the guy was extremely polite but the girl was sort of rude. I didn't like that they had no one to help us with luggage. The room was somewhat uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have an actual door it was a sliding fold door and the toilet was really close to the bathtub that you couldn't sit comfortably.

This hotel's friendly and helpful staff promptly answered all of my questions. It took a while to get used to the use of the identification card for use of the elevator, and for turning on the lights in the room. I enjoyed the bathroom/shower facility. I like warm/hot showers and the water's temperature was just that. I had some friends over and there was plenty of room to socialize and share. The view of downtown was impressive especially at night. However, the room's temperature was a little too warm for me. I noticed that the climate control's cold setting was not really cold but rather warm. But the bed was really comfortable and I had no trouble falling asleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its good staff, convenient location, excellent breakfast buffet, and reasonable price.

I felt this hotel was perfect in every way. Very friendly and attentive staff, clean spacious room, several 5 star amenities, in the room security safe, good food, and a great location in Monterrey centro. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely stay there again!!!
