Room was well equipped for its size and bathroom was well stocked.

Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast. Convenient to the many natural and cultural wonders of the northern Berkshires!

Wireless internet and helpful staff. Hard to see from route 2 -- had to double back twice to find it. Comfortable, good facilities, nice people and will come again.

The room was very nice. The pool area needed attention.

None. The room stinks, the shower stinks - I apologize for the bold language. Bad experience that ruined the whole holiday weekend.

King size bed was nice and good welcome. Breakfast coffee was watery. Adequate place for a short stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room seemed like it hadn't been used in a while, very stuffly. Since it was a one-night stay, I was not looking for luxury but I was a bit surprised at staying in something out of the sixties. This hotel needs an makeover.

Close proximity to the Water Street Grille The registration office had a funny smell. The main office really needs to be thought out better. It appears sloppy and haphazard. The hotel really needs to look at its curb appeal, too. There is an overgrown pine in the center and all the other greenery is way overgrown, too. Plus, the restaurant next door appears to be condemned (fire) and anyone could very easily walk right inside side door open about six inches. Please consider rebuilding the restaurant because there is not a single place for pancakes in Williamstown.

The room was nice and big. Staff totally unattentive. Every item at breakfast was out and not refilled. Overpriced for what it is. Room is standard, clean, and perhaps larger than you would imagine. Location is good. Ammenities are few, with exception of pool. Breakfast was dissapointing to begin with in terms of selection, and the one time I tried to eat there, all of the items were completely out and not refilled (no milk, no coffee, no bagels) basically rendering eating anything impossible. Attendant was busy chatting on his cell phone. It is not my job to tell people how to do theirs, so I left in an unhappy state.

I liked the WiFi facility. Rooms were not that clean. Overall I liked the hotel, but I like it to be little more clean.

Nothing. Everything. The first room hadno curtains. The second room, the toilet was torn apart and on the floor. The third room the tv had no sound, the fourth room was filthy, we went back to the third room and read closed captioning.
