Very old and run down. Not bad if you need a cheap bed for a night. Ice machine broken, dirty common areas, soso clean room.

Front desk lady was fabulous re: being friendly and knowledgeable. 17 years there. Construction workers. OK for what I needed, but all the prices in the town were overpriced.

There was no heat in the room and after we turned it on, it still took hours for the room to feel warm. We will not return to this property. Bridget

Room was in need of cleaning and maintenance: rusty door frame in bathroom, wall paper pealing, water marks overhead, dingy carpet. Getting to our non-smoking room required a long walk down a hallway smelling heavily of stale smoke.

The hotel room we stayed in was filthy: dirty toilets, dirty sinks, & dirty bed set. Not to mention the mouse on our nightstand. We were awaken in the middle of the night by a rodent crawling around on our nightstand and falling into our trash bin. The air conditioning in our room didn't work either, and it's the middle of August! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this filthy establishment.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a clean place to stay that was close to Bealeton. The room was clean. We had a noisey neighbor at 1:30 in the morning and they took care of them quickly. We asked for extra pillows and couldn't get any. They really need to supply more towels as their towels are small and thin. The bed springs were noisey. We got what we needed in a clean room but will look elsewhere next time we visit.

Clean. Convenient and safe. No laundry room for guests to do personal laundry. Was neat, clean, convenient to main roads & restaurants/food stores.

Although the room was somewhat confortable. The hotel lobby at night was very noisy. People were lingering in the hallway, talking very loudly. The air conditioner was super loud, making it almost impossible for us to sleep. The pool although clean was very small. Not big enough for an adult to do laps in. Location was great- close to major highways. There was an IHOP Restaurant some distance away and a Baskin Robins across the street.

Was easy to find & close to main roads. It was hot! Easily 90+ degrees in the hallways and stairwells. The room itself cooled down pretty fast so that was good I guess. It was functional at best.

Not clean! Smelled! We were not happy with this hotel at all. The rooms smelled of smoke and must. There were bugs in our room as well. No hotel service, had to walk downstairs (no elevator) with my 2 year old at night because the remote for the TV had no batteries and they had no one to bring it up to us.

Convenient. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. We were in town for a wedding. didn't stay in room much. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke and our daughter had to request a different room that smelled less of smoke, but still had the lingering odor.

Convenient. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Very convenient. Met our needs except for the odor of cigarettes in non-smoking rooms. Our daughter had to switch rooms it was so bad. We were there for our son's wedding and spent little time there. So for those needs it was ok.

Manager was pleasant. Hotel is run down, smell in room. Location was convenient to our itinerary. It was an older hotel and a bit rundown. Our A/C unit had an odor. The hotel has no elevators, we had to carry everything up the stairs. We felt we paid to much for our room.
