The cleanliness really impressed me. Their continental breakfast was a joke, a box of donuts, coffee and cereal. The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway, restaurants were near by. Shopping centers within walking distance. It was overall just a great stay.

Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Thin walls made for a noisy stay. This is an excellent hotel. Great location near freeways but a safe neighborhood. Terrific for extended stays. Everything was super clean and in great working order. The staff was friendly and had a 5 star attitude. Everyone worked hard to make us very happy and comfortable. Supreme value, and I would stay again with no problem!

It was clean, quiet, safe and convenient. The shampoo provided. Breakfast needed more variety. The price was outstanding for the area. The room was kept clean and supplied. The parking lot was well let and made me feel safe. My children loved playing in the pool. The continental breakfast was adequately provided: donuts and cold cereal. The hotel was very quiet during the 8 days we stayed. We enjoyed the ice and vending machines. My family was pleasantly surprised and very happy with our recent stay at the Howard Johnson in Pico Rivera, CA.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The housekeeping people were very nice and helpful. They worked very hard to please me and my family. They let me look at the rooms and choose the one I like. The continental breakfast was only old donuts and coffee.
