Good place to sleep nothing special, staff was very helpful...needs a little more cleanup

Inexpensive. Free breakfast was very poor. Area was dirty and food was sparse. If you are only looking for a place to sleep and get back on the road this was OK.

The employees at the registration desk harrassed and impaired our entire trip to Spartanburg! We were harrassed during our dinner at the restaurant across the street. Then harrassed at the venue we came for, in turn losing entrance back in. After spending another 30 min to wait on a police escort to retrieve our belongings and check out, the management was not willing to repremend there employees nor accomodate our party in any way.

Plenty of hot water. Room condition. No signage at interstate. The elevator light for the 3rd floor did not work. The carpeting at the room door was worn out. A light was missing from one of the sconces. No plug in the sink drain. Let us run out of towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper. The breakfast was sweet rolls of undetermined age in plastic and the floor at the breakfast bar was sticky. The light over the sink did not extend over the sink where I tried to shave. I will not stay there again ever.

Nothing. Uncomfortable, claustrophobic, smelled. The beds were hard as a rock. The hotel was air tight with only one entrance in the lobby. There was no fresh air, and the smoke filled lobby permeated the second floor. Will never stay there again. Will stay at the days in across the street.
