I pluged in a lamp, it sparked and we had no lights for 15 minutes or so and I worried about a fire all night. It was too noisy and the door did not lock properly. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Downtown location is good. Hotel needs serious overhaul. This hotel has great potential. However it looks run down, shower did not drain properly. Bed were lumpy (could feel the springs). Had a low budget cable system, missing several major channels. No coffee pot in room. The continental breakfast was dreadful. Would only stay here again as a last resort.

Terrible experience! I booked a 2-bed room, non-smoking room and had to vacate when upstairs quest let the tub over-flow.Then I couldn't get another non-smoking room.

Experience was great. Calm, expectations were meeting, front desk was informative. Traffic being close by. Doors will need to sound proof. Provided us a means to relax and sleep in comfort similar to our home.

Wow, I've traveled plenty, been disappointed by many but have never been moved enough to write a review. After checking into this place for all of 10 minutes, heres my first. The whole property (in a bad part of town - the homeless camps are 50 yards away) is rundown and needs much more than "maintenance". The AC did not work, in ARIZONA! There was a large gap between the door and it's frame, when fully closed and locked (at least I could see my car with one eye open while the other tried to sleep). The furnishings were sad, furniture stained with unknown matter, and I was depressed at the thought of sleeping here...what else is a sleepy traveler to do but resign thyself to sleep fully clothed, two chairs jammed under the door handle, cell phone ready, sitting on the bed...I could handle this, anything, for a couple of Zzzz's. Until, I noticed the Bugs. Not one but two bugs nestled under the sheets of one bed and another bed with one bug already claiming it and a spider on the headboard. I conceded, the room was rightfully theirs ... took pictures and was out. Only to be met with nonexistant customer service when I reported the horror. So, I made a two wheel turn back onto the interstate with enough heebee-jeebies to keep me awake and on the road for hours more. Do consider your personal safety, health before letting your pocketbook decide on giving this HoJo location a try - especially if you have children.

Easy access to freeway. No TV remote even after asking for one and curtains falling off the rods. This hotel was just a place to sleep for the night. It did not have anything that made me want to stay in it again. I thought it was overpriced for the service and comfort it provided. I was surprised to see a continental breakfast was included. However, this breakfast was disappointing. I will think twice before I book with this hotel again.

This isn't a Hilton, but it was clean and the breakfast was tasty. I bought the air and hotel together so I don't know the exact rate, but the total price was very reasonable for my 5 night stay in Tucson. Had a hot shower every morning, but only warm water at night. It's very close to I-10, but traffic noise at night wasn't a problem. Loved the free internet in the lobby.

Everything was old and outdated. This hotel is in need of a lot of TLC. It is old and outdated and not in the most convenient location.

NEVER STAY HERE! The place is filthy! The pool was green! At approximatly 5AM we were awkened to the sound of gun shots! As we were leaving there were police with guns drawn on the property. This is a scary disgusting place don't stay here especially if you have children.

The room was clean and that is it! The hookers (knocking on doors at one in the morning) are bad in this neighborhood, the pool was dirty and the breakfast didn't have sugar for coffee. Stay at this place if you are looking for a clean pillow and that is it!

"This is the worst Motel I have ever been to. The room reeked of bug spray, there was a mystery fluid that had dripped down then stained the bathroom wall, and there were stains. Filthy, seedy, disgusting. The only positive side is that the day staff quickly credited my card without a hassle, or even really asking why...It must happen there a lot."

Nothing. Everything, I will never stay at that hotel again! When I reserved the room with the understanding that we could have my small dog with us, they said no, then they agreed for a 20 dollar charge. Then there was only two clean towels in the room and I booked for two adults and one child, thank god my mom gave us towels just in case because she has had that problem before, the vending machine took my money, I had my antenna stole off of my truck, because it was not there the next morning.

Hotel needs a lot of improvements, such as the pool it had green slimy water& not cleaned., bathroom could of been cleaner and not enough towels. And the distance from the airport was very, very far...

Willing to let me pick a suitable room. Shoddy workmanship. Couldn't turn the hot water faucet over tub in room 1. Sink stopped up in room 2. Loose particles on the carpet in room 3 (which I did stay in) from work that had been done. Wand to open/close curtain missing on one half of curtain. Couldn't get clear picture on TV. I was able to finish my business in 2 days so I did not stay for the 4th night. Would appreciate a refund of that night's payment!

I was pleasantly surprized wneh I checked into my room by the cleanliness and cheeriness of the room. I was also happy to see that there was a free continential breakfast included with the price and it was NOT just juice and donuts! It was easy to get on and off the freeway too!

Stained sheets, prison bathroom, and sleepless night due to noise. Nothing note above. Comments above.

"The staff do not speak English, the rooms were dirty and the entire hotel had an air of being poorly maintained. The night clerk sent me to a room already occupied - and then did not apologize for the scare it gave me or the family I disturbed at 3 AM! I slept with a chair under my door and vowed to never go near another Hojo's!"

It was conveniently located. It was not a good value, dilapidated and over priced. It was not worth the price despite the economy price. I was not satisfied with the value I received although it was relatively cheap. It was relatively clean, but was sloppily care for overall (paint, shower, rundown condition, etc).
Date of Stay:

"I could not be in the room for a minute, as soon as I walk in I just felt sick. This motel is not for everyone, especially for clean people, is just ridiculous to operate a motel that is not habitable."
