Helpful in the office when my reservation wasn't sent in. Old & being remodeled; owned by foreigners Old, dated & dirty carpet, wet walkways during rainy weather. Continental breakfast not a big deal. When I checked in, they didn't have my reservation.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Besides the hotel being engulfed in construction, we requested a non-smoking room, the room stunk of smoke. The beds were extremly hard and uncomfortable. The batheroom sink was falling apart, water dripping from the bathroom sink. The shower took over 15 minutes to just get luke warm, with no water pressure, then the next morning absolutly no hot water whatsoever. Several mlightbulbs were burt out in the room. In addition it took over 5 flushes to clear the toilet. In addition to all of the above none of the ice machines were working. When I checked out I spoke to the staff, and explained to them everything that had transpired and asked for a full refund. They indicated to me that I had to take this up with travel agent , who I might also add, has not been resolved as of this date July 07. As far as I am concerned this hotel should not even be able to rent rooms it was so bad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Housekeeping didn't stock items we were using, such as cups, coffee, and plastic bag for ice container. Friendly, older hotel, next time I'll pay more for a nicer hotel.

Great Price -stayed 10 days! Great People! Clean & Neat! Great area lots of parking! even during Bikeweek! Friendly and PET friendly (big dogs) Great bar/Resturant, Great bands and very good burgers.Very good service & prices. Close to I4 and Deland is a great little town. I called before going and they have new owners and its very nice now! I WILL go back to say "Hi" and have a burger if even close by the area! I WAS Happy!!!

The lobby and staff was very nice. It was so far away from downtown Deland. While I didn't see much of the outside of the hotel room, our stay was comfortable and the staff efficient.

One prior reviewer from 2007 or earlier had a bad experience with this motel, but the current ownership has worked to improve their property. It is still an old motel, but the exterior has a fresh coat of paint, the rooms have - for the most part - been upgraded. For less than ** a night, there is hot water, a clean room, and a friendly front desk. The beds could be better, but I have spent more for comparable comfort. If price is a driver in DeLand, this motel is worthy of consideration.

Nothing. Dirty, old broken toilet needed to be repaired twice during stay. Disappointment and a waste of money. This was definitely not worth the money.

Clean. Bar on premises. We liked everything but the bar really disliked that and seeing the customers that patronized that establishment and the fact that the pool was "heated" according to their website but was FAR from heated.

Absolutely nothing this time. Biker hell. A big biker hangout, witnessed fights, 8 police officers, a person screaming for help at 4 am only to be kidding, non stop partying until 5am, constant yelling, no possibility of sleeping. An overflowed bathroom, and will not get into details but someone's else's dirty clothes under the bed. Absolutely the worst possible experience and we invited another couple along, how embarrassing.

Location was convient to I4. Room was very dirty. Seemed like a place locals went to party. Room seemed old and dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Floor was not vacuumed. Hair found in "clean" towels.

Check in staff was friendly. Breakfast staff never showed up for work. Room had a few roaches. Don't plan on eating breakfast, the staff slept in. No other restaurants near by.

Front desk staff very helpful. Room only visited by housekeeping 4 times. Had to make list after 1st time so they know how to clean room. Grounds were nice. Pool area good. Entertainment at bar and grill good( there were things to do). But..The rooms were terrible. Carpets were stained. Wallpaper peeling off the walls.Paint peeling off the outside. Air-conditioning didn't work very well. Had to move out of our room once d/t air not working at all. Usually stay in 3 star hotel. Will never stay in a 2 star again. Location was good. Could get to beaches within 30 minutes.

We did not like the room but they gave us a new room In bad need of maintence Nice location but in very bad need of repairs got locked in bathroom.telphone did not work,lamps and light swich would not work.

Pretty far from the center of Deland, this hotel is off the interstate with a very inactive exit. There is one small convenience store next door, and that is it. Must travel far and through dark streets to get to restaurants or grocery stores.The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad. No way were we going to take a shower in that thing. Could barely stand to use the toilet and flip flops were a must at all times.The TV was very large but unfortunately, only half the channels were clear. The cable housing was pulled out of the wall and wiggling it around showed it to be the problem.What can I say? Not exaggerating here. Just cheap.Stay intown.

The staff, and breakfast were nice. The room was a basic FLORIDA hotel. For Deland where hotels are limited at best it was a fine deal.

The staff were all friendly and helpful Old hotel, it was trying to be clean but wall paper peeling, dirt on walls, etc. I didnt feel comfortable or that the room was truly "clean". Older hotel. It is out of the way and not near anything. Staff very helpful and friendly and tried to make my stay the best it could be in such an old hotel. Needs to be renovated.

Nothing, awful you need to check out bad! Smells, water leaks, I wouldn't send my worse enemy there. I would take this hotel off your list, we like use you and we tell alot of people to use you. Like our friends told us about you because they use you all the time.
