Overall friendly staff. Seemingly 'sloppy gathering in the lobby in the evening, with a dog. Wasn't quite what I expected, but was okay for a couple of nights. Location was alright, but not the best.

When I checked into this hotel I was told my room was given away. They said since it was booked online the reservations don't always keep up with their actual availability. Since I already paid for a room with a king size bed in smoking they were kind enough to give me one with double beds in non smoking and I was told I would get a rebate in the mail. The room was terrible. The television next door blew up. There was a dog down the hall that wouldn't stop barking. The room I was in had a broken radio/alarm and the sheets stunk like they hadn't been washed in a long time. The bed was hard and the sleep was bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only upside was that it was conveniently located to downtown Cedar Rapids and near some good restaurants and shops.

Great value for the location andfree breakfast! Basic. This was a cheap stay and good for the value! Hotel offers continental breakfast which makes it great for the budget traveler. Room was clean but no frills which was fine for what I needed it for. Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous.

Very clean, quick check in and out, helpful people. wireless was weird and did not match in room flyer but the phone support cleared it right up.

The location is ideal although the entrance is a little out-of-the-way. The parking is sufficiant. The room was very comfortable and a great value for the cost.

One of the front desk people was friendly, the others, not so much. It was smelly, small, and very dirty! This was a horrible experience. There were stains on the beds, we had to strip all the bedding off and double up sheets. It smelled so bad that my friend who has asthma could not breath.

Microwave & frig. Smelled as if a smoker had been there. Rooms were very adequate but a little crowded. Staff was very helpful and personable. Nice shower.

Good value for the money, good location for whatI needed to do in Cedar Rapids. No ice bucket in room. Kind of hassled me when I wanted a 2 bed room. Decent place to stay without spending a bunch of money.
