VERY NASTY!! Bathroom had wet dirty towels in the tub with shower curtain pilled. Sheets were dirty. Internet that was advertized did not work. When we complained to management he said, hmmmm. Spoke almost no English.

This place was disgusting!!!!! Our room smelled, our beds were dirty!!! Our bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There holes in the walls, the ice machine was dirty. Thank the Lord we only needed it to fill our cooler up. I cried the entire night while staying there. I will NEVER stay there again and I wish I could get my money back!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great. And my stay was what I expected for the money. It was a little tricky getting into the driveway. There is no pool. The internet service doesn't work towards the end of the building. They did move me when I asked. Breakfast is cereal and a snack cake. The room was what I reserved and available upon my arrival.

Location was good. Units were old but clean. They advertised wireless highspeed internet which did not exist. What I did connect to was ranked unsafe by my virus protection. Need to install better wireless hubs and have a safe connection.

We reserved 2 connected rooms. so we could leave the inner door open, and have enough room for us and our 4 kids. we chose this hotel, because the website we found it on told us it had a pool, and we verified that when we made our phone reservations. When we arrived, there was no pool, a broken ice machine, rooms that were about a hundred degrees and did not connect, and a hidden hotel that you had to drive through a deserted chinese restaraunt's deserted parking lot to get to. We had reserved the room with a credit card, so we had no choice but to stay, or forfeit 122 dollars. The free internet access was broken, and the continental breakfast was a bunch of little debbie cakes, and some antique looking cereals, with coffee.

People were super,courteous, very helpful, accommadating. However, there was no pool, but website amenities a pool was highlighted. Bathroom was clean, but needed upgrading badly. Tub finish was cracked, had spots that had peeled off. Shower just a drizzle, hard to get the temperature a constant level. Only one ice machine, broken the entire time, had to walk next door to HoJo to get ice. Entrance hard to find; had to go thru the HoJo parking lot on one side restaurant on the other. Beds were very comfortable for motel beds.

This is a clean hotel that still needs some updating, though the new carpeting in our room shows they are working on that. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge in the room was nice too. "
