I didnt have high expectations but actually was surprised by the hotel. Yes it wasnt spotless but I had my basic needs met. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But I didn't have any problems with bugs and sheets were very clean. The lobby was very nice, breakfast was average but really glad they had a computer to use free to the hotel guests, that I was very happy with. Staff was very friendly. Could have been better lit around the property. And would have preferred to be up toward the front not in the way back of the hotel But I did enjoy my stay

Location. Room and sheets where dirty. Sheets were not clean, the TV remote did not work. We just needed a clean place while traveling through and this was not it. Definitely won't stay there again.

we arrived really late (2 am) and rang the night bell and was immediately helped out, which was really nice. the outside of the rooms are less than desirable, leading one to think the inside would be just as bad. but the rooms were nice. the air conditioning worked incredibly well. however, the humidity of the rooms made the floor feel damp. the complimentary breakfast was ok, at best. but the staff was great

Excellent/ No coffee maker in room. All was very clean and in good working order, friendly folks at the front desk. Will stay there again and again.

We arrived this afternoon to discover that the area this motel was at wasn't the best, but the room was at least in decent shape and was clean. The problem was that there was a large congregation of people outside our room that was noisy; talking, yelling, laughing like a bunch of teenaged kids and as late as 1am! Ive stayed in many motels in the last 6 years but have never experienced anything as bad as this! We paid a lot of money for this room to get this crap! Im so glad we got the room for just one night because I would be canceling anything after! I don't recommend this noisy assed place to anyone!

Everything was fine and perfect for the Girls Get Away Weekend we had planned. Applebees was right next door a long with some fast food places as well. The staff was great and there were no porblems with the room or anything else. We would come back again next year for sure.

I don't remember any more helpful staff. Room was more than adequate. Comfortable bed. Clean. I think people just write negative on here to ruin other peoples trips - I would definitely stay here again. Glad I took the chance. Stayed here after driving 18 hours. Don't think a fancy hotel could have been any better.

None of the negative feedback I read about this hotel before booking it was witnessed when i was there. I don't know if it was people looking for luxury, or if mgmt has changed or what, but the hotel was neat, clean, modern enough, easily accessible from the highway and where we were going, and we were very satisfied. We weren't there for luxury, but everything was well above satisfactory. The staff was very helpful, the ammenities were more than fair for the price of the hotel, and while the rooms were not upscale or luxurious, they were clean, neat and roomy enough. Would stay again. We were there for just a quick weekned trip. We were minutes from Beal St. and downtown. Truly an excellent affordable choice.

It is easy to get to the hotel from the highway. It was not what I was expecting.

The front desk knew who I was as soon as I gave them my last name. The quickest check in and out ever. Easy location on and off I-40. Not too far from Tunica and the Memphis Motorsports Park and other sites in Memphis. A good room for the rate. I will use again.

Location. TVdid not work, telephone did not work, had to be moved. This hotel should be on the 1 star level, I have stayed in road side motels better than this.

Nothing. Wasn't clean (dirty cloths, food left in room), shower didn't work, overall nasty. The room was nasty. I have stayed here in past years but this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was very unhelpful and rude.

Was very convenient to the freeway - didn't have to go out of our way. Should re-outfit the rooms - needs updating. Location is great - but needs updating.

It had good access to a computer with internet and easy access to the room. Bed was hard, water was rusty, room (rug) smelled mildew. The general spaces of the hotel were fine but the rooms smelled musty or mildew as if the carpet had been wet. The king-size bed was spacious but hard. People were generally helpful and the access to computer was appreciated. Breakfast was adequate and free.

Location, comfort, price, good restaurants close by. Carrying suitcases up the stairs. Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast.
