The water was clean. Everything else. This hotel should shut down!

And apparently they have no vaccum cleaner, they forgot to check the refrigerator contents from previous travelers and there were some items (hair gel and soap) in the bathroom from previous travelers too.

Very busy weekend. Our hockey team was booked in as were others. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Excellent Service.

Convenient location. In the middle of renovation. Desk clerk was not very friendly. This hotel was under renovation during our stay, so everything was in disarray. The halls were very dark and the elevator was not real great. Also the desk clerk was not very friendly and acted as if she could care less if we stayed there or not.

I stayed just last month and I had great service. The staff were always ready to help when I needed and everyone was super nice. The location is just down the street from lots of stores like the Victoria square mall, Old Navy, Walmart, Superstore. There are also great restaurants like Chili's, Applebee's, Bocado's..etc. The rooms were nice and clean. There are renovations being done but it didn't interfere with my stay there. I would stay there again.

We checked in and went to our room, only to find it was not clean. The front desk guy kept going on about how it was a mistake, no kidding! The next night the power was off due to a storm (not hotels fault) then at 3 am - ish the fire alarm went off and then stopped. Nothing was mentioned in the morning and i was too tired to remember to say something. Also bad access to Victoria Avenue.

Dirty, with unresponsive staff, couldn't even get a pillow for 3 days.

Front counter was friendly and approachable Upon check in after getting to our room we found dust.

Very slow service. Wouldn't deliver supplies to room and lineup to check out. Hotel was expensive considering the level and service. Hotel staff was friendly but incredibly slow to serve guests. The hotel was clean and would be just fine other than the expensive pricing.
