Husband and I just wanted a quick get away and a chance to see a show. Motel was convenient, clean spacious rooms and good service. Did not use them but pool and family area looked like someplace I would take grandkids back to. Elevator was great getting to upper levels.

We were looking for a place with a descent pool close to the strip. It was a great location - easy to get to all 3 outlet malls and real close to the strip. The pool was older but nice. It was usually pretty full of people. Nice playground. Our room was okay - a little dirty and smelled musty. The breakfast was a joke. If you were not willing to wait 30 minutes for a waffle then you had to settle for a doughnut. As people often say - you get what you pay for, I guess. Seventy dollars was a little steep for this.

We attended a military reunion at another hotel,in the same area just off the main street. From our hotel we had easy access to many entertainment attractions, restaurants, shopping places. The hotel was located just off the main street, away from night time noisy traffic, which was important, because the traffic was always the heaviest/slowest at night ! People were cruising the streets and enjoying themselves like being in a parade, awesome. Glad I did not take my teenage kids,as the attractions were mostly for the older crowd: fans of the Osmonds, Dick Clark, Elvis, etc. We got exactly what we saw in the photos of the hotel, our requests were met; connecting rooms and 2nd floor rooms. My husband, myself and the other couple would definetly go back to Branson and stay at the Howard Johnson again.

Toilet was broken and no service offered to fix it other than a plunger.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked new. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have wirelsess internet in the rooms. They did however have internet in the lobby.

Hotel was in a good location. The staff was nice and the stay was good.

Toilet was broken and heat wouldn't come on promptly. The front desk staff refused to help with the toilet and gave my aunt a plunger to fix it herself.

The room we stayed in was DISGUSTING to say the least. In our room there was ants crawling all over the room, in the bathroom and on the floors. There was leftover pizza on the floor, crumbs and whole sausages from the pizza. When I infromed the staff of the ant probled all they said was "Oh, we will have to give it ANOTHER spray then." They let guests stay ther very well knowing that they had an ant problem. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone.

Staff was very nice when we arrived. Gave us ideas of what we could do while we were there. Made us feel very welcomed. Room was clean. Thought they had Wi-Fi in rooms, but didn't. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location! Used water bottle under the bed! Overall, I would recommend the hotel to my family!

Not great, but not as terrible as some of the other reviews indicated. It is cheap (for Branson). It was adequate. Beds and pillows are paper-thin. The rooms were clean. The vending machines were not stocked very well. It was available at the last minute on Thanksgiving - you don't expect top tier for that.

The information you gave us on the motel was wrong, we were supposed to have 2 double queen rooms with microwave and fridge, they didn't offer those at all. We ended up spending 10 dollars a night for the fridge (we had to have for medication)extra. I think we should be reimbursed by you for that extra expense.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The plug in by the bathroom didn't work - we didn't know till we went to use it but they are suppose tofix it.

Stayed as part of a group for two nights, NO hot water for shower either morning. Room was dark and dirty in corners. Towels thin. Hotel is designed so that you have to go up stairs where ever you go. If you want breakfast you better allow for an hour for a donut and coffee and stand in line most of the time. Not enough tables to handle the crowd. When front desk was notified of no hot water they said they would have maintenance check it out, nobody ever showed up. Next morning same thing!! Front desk guy said that no message was written for the day before. No manager available to speak to. This is a hotel that believes that people never come back, but new ones will keep them going. It must work, as they had no interest in providing the basics of hot water and cleanliness. I travel for a living and HOWARD JOHNSONS would never survive in a competitive area!! Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel in Branson than the Howard Johnsons if you want to enjoy yourself and be treated like a guest. HOWARD JOHNSON'S should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this hotel to operate as it does.

Great location, very nice and comfortable. Bathroom. When we drove up I was very impressed with the hotel's overall appearance. My family and I had a great weekend get away. My grandson went back and forth between the two rooms. Thanks!

The hotel had a good location off the main strip. If you follow the back roads it is easy to get around. Breakfast was adequate. Not the best spread I've seen, but they had waffles so I didn't leave hungry. Hotel was clean, people were friendly. A/C worked great!

It was a convenient location. I was not impressed with the beds. I would say that the hotel was a decent economy class hotel. I have definitely stayed at worse in Branson.I probably will not stay here again.
