Convenient location and easy to get to. Staff was friendly but conveniently not around when needed. Coffee was cold, no hot water for tea, cereal all over the counter, and surprise no staff around to ask for help.

The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke even though some rooms are smoke free. Cleanliness was poor. Regular sheets put on mattress, not fitted sheets so they moved over night and you ended up on a dirty mattress. Toilet seat was extremely loose. A/C-Heater was not working properly. 2 very flat and small pillows for a king bed. Only one more pillow was found in the whole hotel when asked for more. We will definitely not stay here again!

Easy access from major highway. The owner was reluctant to give extra towels. The hotel is adequate. The bathroom supplies are kept to a bare minimum. There is no guest lobby. The hotel offers bagels, cereal, coffee and juice for breakfast in a very tiny reception area/office space. There is a diner right across from the hotel and is also near target, if you need to do some shopping.

Me and my boyfriend stayed two nights and thought it was great. The staff was friendly and our room was spacious and clean. The location was great, its just on the outskirts of Danbury. The only thing I would have changed was that there was only one soda machine and no vending machine for late night snacks, but there are plenty of 24 hour diners near by.

There was no continental breakfast served by 8:30am. It remained locked. The rooms were clean, but bathroom had a foundation floor crack and ceiling lighting cover out of place. Disappointed for the price was way too high.

It was close to shopping, restaurants and highway. Cleanliness of the room. When we arrived in the room we pulled back the sheets where we found stains and hairs on both the sheets and pillow cases. We immediately asked for new sheets which were provided right away. While the hotel personnel was changing our sheets they threw our bedspread/comforter on the floor. Also, the mattress pad underneath had more stains and hairs than I care to count. After they were done we inspected the sheets again. The sheets themselves were acceptable but one of the new pillow cases were still covered in stains. So once again we had to ask for a new pillow case. Because of this we decided to leave our do not disturb sign on the door for our entire stay for fear that housekeeping would take our quasi- clean sheets and trade them for something even worse in our absence. Lastly, the hotel did not inspire a feeling of safety. There are two key card entry doors for admittance into the hotel. The problem was that when I went down to the ice machine around 10:30 pm one of the doors was propped open. This happened again the next night. Neither time did I see any housekeeping or hotel personnel nearby which would warrant keeping the door open.

I liked the location near to Stamford and Danbury but in the country. The facility was quiet and well-maitained and I would stay there again. Ithink that for such a bare bones room the price could have been lower. I would also like to have had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Room was clean. You couldn't communicate with the help. The desk clerk went around barefoot.

Hotel clerk was rude and improperly dressed. None of the staff spoke English. The door lock didn't work and the clerk said you had to lift up on the door and pull in to lock it.
