Came for grand-baby birth at Kaiser, great access from Hotel. Chose Hotel for breakfast which lived up to great expectations. Good value, we were upgraded because of Orbitz delay in notifying Hotel of our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Location. Lady behind the desk when we arrived. Desk clerk was condescending of us as Priceline customers and was not flexible in any way regarding changes. She finally made some changes, but grudgingly. We would have been happy to pay extra for the changes, but not after her attitude in dealing with our requests. She was irritated that we requested some minor changes.

I travel often and know you typically get what you pay for and normally wouldn't have stayed at a place that was priced so incredibly economically and only had two stars from the Travelocity staff. However, it had decent reviews from other travelers and I was just starting a new job so I wanted to be price conscious. I decided to give it a shot. Maybe it was because I checked in so late and just got the last room available but it was in BAD shape. I needed a non-smoking room and I was told the entire first floor was non-smoking. However, the hallway all the way to my room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The door was very difficult to open, the bathroom sink/counter was separated from the wall (at least an inch, maybe more), the carpet was very dingy and full of stains, when I peeled back the top quilt from the bed the blanket beneath it had cigarette burns (even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room) and the pillows were in bad shape (limp and stinky). The next morning I found that the iron was broken, the ironing board was in terrible shape and the bathroom had a really weird mildew smell. On the bright side the continental breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and its a very convenient location. Overall, even though the price was very reasonable, I wont be going back.

Howard Johnsons in Rocklin, was disappointing. The beds are so old the when you roll over you can hear the springs. The Carpet in the room was damp and smelled very musty. But the morning breakfast was GREAT and the Girls were very helpful.

Close to location of our planned activities. Choices for hot breakfast, omelet or waffle. Enjoyed the room & central location to the family activities that had been planned.

The hotel was awesome! I stayed there for 3 nights. Friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, and during weeknights free beer and apps!! I would stay here again for sure!

The breakfast was adequate. Filthy rooms, smelled like urine, bath didn't work, blinds ripped, bed unbearable! A horrible experience from beginning to the end. Room smelled like urine, beds were horrible, sheets were horrible, bathtub didn't work, blinds were ripped, heater didn't work. And at the end of it all they charged us again for the room and didn't know how to fix it! As of today, the manager still hasn't called me back.

I love the made to order omelettes and the pecan waffles, plus 2 free drinks and snacks Mon - Thurs eve. All workers were hospitable and eager to accomodate.
